We stayed at Mast Lamp for a night in mid-October on our way to Tokyo and had a wonderful time! Our rooms were spacious and the private onsen is so peaceful! The food was also great - we had the set menu for dinner and breakfast and both were delicious! The hotel proprietors were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the city

The food was so nice, wondering how often they change menu. The room with private onsen is great. We enjoyed all onsen and our stay very much! Would love to come again.

Every thing was good food service , hot bath , just that the location is abit off from the train station walk about 20 min 1.5km away from train station

Main point: the food was absolutely amazing!
We stayed for two nights and each meal (breakfast + dinner x2) was different
The people are also really nice and explain dishes and other hotel stuff to you
I think one bad thing is that it's quite hard/confusing to get to at night - the roads are kind of narrow
We also saw fireworks from there because it's new years!

Excellent place to stay with the beach close by (by car) and plenty of places to visit. The food and service are great! 3 different onsen that can be enjoyed with your partner, one of them is outside with beautiful surroundings! Definitely recommend.
