The rooms and food were very good and very satisfying. We would also like to thank the restaurant staff for their attentive service. It was a very nice day. Thank you very much.

Wow and wow, this hotel overlooking the ocean was amazing. The staff while some were limited in English were very accommodating. I decided on tradition Japanese meals for breakfast and dinner and they didn’t disappoint. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking when I did the 7am breakfast (I could see the sun rise) it really made me think “this is the land of the rising sun”. Dinner was a 5 course mean bought out to you in a well paced way. Very high end and luxurious feeling.

The onsen especially the open air area was very relaxing talk about melt the travel away from my bones. I wasn’t expecting this when I booked as I was looking for something going to the Ise shrines.

I made friends with one of the servers and I think I have a buddy for life! 20/10!!!

Im sure everything is great at the hotel once you get to check in. We never did because we had an incorrect paperwork so we werent able to rent a car in Japan by law. The car rental place fully reimbursed for what we paid for and also issued a paperwork saying we couldnt rent a car. We knew this the day of check in and we informed the hotel right away. Since the hotel location is quite far away theres no way we can travel publicly. We are a family of 4.

We called the hotel and asked for cancellation, and to have some sympathy. Having to cancel half the Japan trip and not be able to drive to the countryside as we planned were bad enough, the hotel staff answered very firmly, no. And yes we understand its all our fault we couldnt rent a car, thats our problem. The hotel did nothing wrong and they probably went by the policy 100%. However they didnt go out of their way to help the customer either. So we ended up losing 3 nights here, whereas the other hotel helped us and fully reimbursed us.

Our room, complete with an open-air bath, allowed us to truly relax and forget about our daily lives. The water temperature and the view were wonderful, making our stay a great pleasure. The hotel was clean and meticulously appointed, providing a comfortable environment.

A large bee unexpectedly appeared during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and courteously, allowing us to continue our stay with peace of mind. Their sincere attitude gave us a deep sense of security and a strong sense of hospitality.

The food was also incredibly delicious, and each dish made use of seasonal ingredients, and I savored the warmth. The seasoning was exquisite and the food was visually stunning, making us look forward to mealtime.

The staff were always warm and attentive, making our entire stay truly comfortable. We would like to express our gratitude once again. This hotel offers a wonderful experience, and is a place we will definitely return to.

The building is a little old, but the common areas and private rooms are kept clean, which was nice. You can choose between Japanese and Western breakfast, but I recommend the Japanese one.

The photos are exactly the same as the actual situation. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and hygienic. The room has a personal hot spring which is very nice. The breakfast is also very delicious. I plan to stay here once a year in the future.

A beautiful seaside hotel with a large terrace in the room and a very good restaurant. It is very close to the Mikimoto Museum and is a good choice for traveling in Ise Toba

the food is nice, environment, view and vibe were so good!
they provide shuttle from the station so even its a bit far from station but its really worth for the view
