The only downside is that the noise from the biker gangs at night is incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep or even waking you up! Very good layout for family travel with 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms

The amenities are wonderful; toiletries are provided, and hot and cold water dispenser is available in the room so you dont need to keep buying water. American Village, Aeon, Daiso, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Lawson and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Reception is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; please email them if you plan to check in later.

We stayed in 2 bed rooms unit, very well equipped and clean. They provided a cooking shelf and kitchen tools. The room is big and very comfortable.

Hotel was conveniently located near the American Village. A short 5-10mins walk and you will arrive. There are also many restaurants and food joints available in the vicinity even till late.

We loved staying at Kira Kira Suites- the location was perfect for food options and access to the slopes. The staff were all really helpful and the studio apartment itself is modern and comfortable. Will definitely book with H2 Life again.

We stayed here during snow machine which is easily one of the busiest times of the season, the team were super helpful with shuttles, info on bus timetables, recommendations for food and general hospitality. Absolutely loved the hotel and facilities, would come back in a heartbeat

The location is great for access to the Sakka ski lift. Unfortunately we found the place is very run down. It felt more like a hostel. There was hair in the bath and a used toilet roll on our arrival to the room which showed me they don’t do thorough room cleans. I had a fantastic stay at the Wadano Forest Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready with tips, rides, or recommendations (especially Joanie!). The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, I drove around the blocks three times before getting in. The location is excellent, with the tower so close by. The room was clean and well‑equipped, and the washer/dryer was really convenient after several days of travel. The only Downside was being charged about AU$2 for the laundry detergent.

Nice, big and comfortable room. Great service by the staff too and able to speak good English. Convenient with a mini mart just beside the hotel, drug store further down. A couple of food choices out of the touristy area. Nice place if you drive cos it’s hard to go to the tourist attractions without a vehicle as there is no train stations nearby.

Beautiful classic architecture and landscaping with koi pond. Very clean, comfortable and delicious vegan bento box. Staff were all very helpful. Wonderful way to fully experience the uniqueness of Kyoto.

At night, the room was chilly. The air conditioner was set to a low setting, so I felt cold. I could see the five-story pagoda from outside, but I couldn't see anything from inside the room. The breakfast I was looking forward to was just a cold bento box that was delivered to my room. I felt lonely even though it cost 20,000 yen a night.

This hotel is a great value for money, meeting all my requirements: a single room with a private bathroom, within walking distance from the station, and a convenience store nearby. Check-in is from 4 PM.

Could be hard to find if you use google map because it took you to the wrong road. Stick with the main road instead but overall very convenient to go to a train station

Located in a quiet area away from the crowds of downtown Shinjuku but accessible via a short walk nonetheless. Cosy and charming stay!

We stayed there for 16 days. It was very pleasant, and the washing machines in the basement were a lifesaver, as we were there in August. Since I have allergies I had to cook my own food, the selection of kitchen utensils is very good. The owner is easy to reach, and he's happy to help with any questions. Thanks for the stay.

We booked a room for a live concert at the stadium. We confirmed the hotel's services twice in advance, but when we arrived on the day, the details were different from what we had confirmed. In the end, the owner offered us alcohol without any apology. We didn't need it, so we felt bad.

We were in the basement room. It was great. Very quiet comfortable and large. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, hot plate and crockery. Bed hard and comfy. Close to transport and shops. Quiet area but close to supermarket and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in the basement room.

The place felt far from the station during the hot summer, but it wasn't that far if the weather was good, and it was really nice because it felt clean and luxurious from the entrance, and the front desk staff was also very friendly. It was exactly as the picture shows, and even though we had the sofa as a bed and stayed with 3 people, it was spacious and comfortable!

Room is clean and big enough for 4 people to stay. But the location is a little far away from Kyoto JR station and not easily to find. No staff after 18:00 and almost everything you need to handle by yourself.

The room was large by Japanese standards, but it's not sound proofed, as my room faced the main street, it was very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Also the room was very dark, I would have preferred a lighter environment.

We took the tatami apartment, with separate bedroom. Big bathroom, nice amenities. Close walking distance to train station and shopping centre, that has many food options.

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

Good value for the price. The checkin procedure was a bit difficult to navigate as there is no one at the location. We did find the phone and it became very easy.

The clean, spacious rooms are the best thing, and it's great that the washroom, toilet, and shower are separate. There's a kitchen that's convenient for making small meals, as well as a refrigerator, dryer, and washing machine. The view is also great. I've stayed at similar accommodations in Naha City, but this one is the best, in terms of cost performance.

Cleanliness and location are the greatest features of this hotel. Good washing machines and dryers were provided. However, the overall experience isn’t satisfactory enough. This place is a great value, especially as it includes kitchen and laundry and a usable balcony. It's a 10-minute walk from the monorail station, and there's a family mart next door plus many other restaurants nearby including a Starbucks and McDonald's. The location of the accommodation was good. We were a few yards away from the Samurai Museum..a fantastic experience. We visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Koyassan on our trip and this accommodation was our favorite!! We are a family of 4, including 2 college aged kids. This facility allowed us to be in one unit and hang out easily at nights like an AirBNB. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and LAUNDRY. There weren't enough parking spaces downstairs at the hotel, so I had to park in the second parking lot. Luckily, the second parking lot wasn't far away, and I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable. The full kitchen facilities and the washing machine with dryer in the room are definite highlights. It was fantastic to be able to buy premium Hida beef from the supermarket and cook it myself!

Conveniently located just a few steps from the station. I was initially worried about potential noise, but the soundproofing was excellent, and it was very quiet at night. The room was spacious enough and had a kitchen, which was great for preparing simple meals. Not far from the hotel, just west past the tunnel, there's a large Boss Food Market where you can buy groceries, which was a nice bonus.

This is an apartment hotel with bigger size than normal hotel. Very happy with a kitchen and washing machine that is super useful. Bathroom got a shower area and a bath tub.  Only take 3 minutes from the station. Super convenient ! We will stay again if visiting Takayama again.

I booked it through Airbnb. It's about a 10-minute walk straight along the train tracks from the Chikushi exit of Hakata Station. In the description says: “Please note, this property is not regularly staffed.” The fact is that is completely unmanned the 24 hours. And when you text them through Booking message system, I was only receiving the same instructions for check in and out again and again. They finally replied my question after 22:00 on the day I had done check out. They don’t offer any kind of luggage storage.

I used it because it was near my brother's room. This was the first hotel of its kind. It's fun to prepare breakfast and dinner yourself. The room was very clean, probably because it had just been renovated. Security is also at the level of a luxury condominium. Isn't it okay to have a high degree of freedom?

Disadvantages 1. It's heated, but the wind direction is fixed, so it's likely to tear my face to fix it inwards, and it's too cold for the other side. If wind direction automatic was possible, there would be no problem. Disadvantages 2. There is no room service in the hotel, so you have to wash your towels yourself. not easy to get a key but nice price and quiet area

Although it's a little hard to find, I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. However, the futon is quite thin, so you need to be careful.

The best thing about this place was the parking being provided. But actually it’s not so near from the skytree and no convenience stores nearby. The sheets didn’t smell nice too. The host did his best to give us a nice service and provided disposable toothbrush and other toiletries.

It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, but there are plenty of restaurants and pharmacies along the way, making check-in/out convenient.
