I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent

This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit

While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean

Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport

There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together

Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji

They showed me my reservation on my smartphone and I was able to complete the process, but I accidentally left my phone with them when I went to my room

I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama

The tower is high, so it was great to be able to find the hotel without getting lost. The bath cosmetics at Ryu Spa were very good. I'd like to go to the bath again

The hotel is large and luxurious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, convenience store, swimming pool (limited time), large public bath, massage chairs, ice machine, and microwave

The cafe at the main lobby really helped in terms of eating breakfast and the two Lawson's downstairs are really great! The washing machine also was good and you can check the status and availability of said machines In your hotel TV!

Only ick I have is the hour commute back and forth if you want to go to Tokyo and explore it's regions but overall I really liked my stay Accomodation of the room is very nice have your own personalized bathtub and the bed was very comfortable I was able to sleep peacefully

Huge room for one person! The room was very clean with well stocked amenities. I had a great view of Tokyo bay. Picked this hotel because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe.

A huge hotel located amidst factory outlets, a shopping mall, and even Costco. It features multiple public baths and offers a direct airport transfer service.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place and most stuffs are accessible from the hotel. Not bad, will come again.

The room is clean and spacious for my family of four. We got four comfortable single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, washing area and a separated toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout

There is a Lawson 24hr convenience store at ground floor and other amenities like washers , dryers and microwave ovens. There are free shuttle buses to Shin Urayasu stations, Disneyland and Disneysea

I was able to take our luggage on the shuttle to the Disney resort, so happy to have their help on that as well! Would not go to the buffet there again though

com, and their customer service was excellent and very prompt! I'm very satisfied with Trip. com's after-sales support! From the room, we could see the light show across the street, and the toiletries were by L'Occitane

The L'Occitane toiletries provided by the hotel are also excellent. What I liked most was the mineral water in glass bottles – a big plus! 👍 All other essential amenities and facilities are also well-equipped

However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy! The hotel assigned us a room on the 34th floor, and it was a corner room at that! Very unaccommodating, especially since I had previously requested *not* to have a corner room

There was also Chinese cleaning staff on our floor. I hope the hotel can arrange a relatively better location next time. Booking so far in advance, only to be given such a poor room assignment, was truly disappointing!

Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable

Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay

The ski resort is right at the hotel's doorstep, which is super handy, and if you're lucky, you might even catch some powder snow. It's also easy to get to the nearby Kagura ski resort

A big old hotel with everything you need. A proper ski in and out facilities. A lot of food choices with reasonable prices. Eventhough the hotel is old, everything is clean and well maintained

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel provides a shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa station therefore it is very convenient via Shinkansen from Tokyo

Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside is that there's no microwave in the hallway, but you can use the FamilyMart on the first floor

Good hotel, there's limousine bus stop from airport. Check in queue is quite long, but they work very efficient so doesn't take long.

I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station

Sizzler Restaurant, Tokyo Dome. Salad buffet with unlimited Garlic Toast. And a sizzling hot Grilled Fried. You can get free parking for 90 min. Express lunch, Salad Buffet and Solomon Grilled

I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, and it's easy to get to other attractions

(Hankyu series) It is close to Osaka station but far from the ticket counters. This is inevitable because it is the largest station in western Japan, Osaka (Umeda station)

Superb location, right beside JR Osaka station.  Supermarket is at B1 floor, very convenient.  Facility is nice and clean.  For sure will book again.

The room is a bit small but the soundproofing is good. You can use your hotel room card to go directly to the supermarket downstairs

I wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast, though; there isn't much variety, no omelets, and the serving area gets very crowded

If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes

My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient

There are plenty of restaurants and large department stores nearby, including an Aeon mall, plus all three major convenience stores are just around the corner. The room itself was renovated, quite spacious, and clean

Now, about the location: the hotel is actually a few minutes' walk further from the Shinkansen JR station compared to other hotels on the same street

It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk to the bus stop, so it depends on individual needs. Overall, for the price, staying here offers great value for money

The room amenities were thoughtfully prepared with three of each item, and the toothbrushes even came in three different colors, which was a nice touch

However, it's very close to Aeon Mall; you just turn left when you exit, which is a big plus. The mall closes at 9 PM and the supermarket at 10 PM

It's a bit of a hassle to walk to and from the city center of Roppongi, but there's a bus stop right in front, which is super convenient. There's a convenience store, vending machines, and an ice maker in the building

While it lacks a large public bath, making it slightly less appealing than the Roppongi Station East location, its direct connection to Roppongi-itchome Station (though navigating the underground passage can be a bit tricky) makes the access excellent

I was traveling alone and this place was perfect. It's a convenient walk from the station, and everything was clean. Plus, it was affordable, so I was really happy with my stay!

Great location! If your room faces the road, it can be a bit noisy, but earplugs easily solve that. There's a bus stop and metro station nearby. Very clean too!

Taxi was prompt and made it to the Busta Shinjuku Expressway Bus Station in a timely manner (cost about $15) to ensure we made it tp Haneda Airport by 5:05am (cost $22 for 3 of us)

We had three beds for three people, and the room was a good size with a fantastic view of the ocean

The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money

This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. The hotel service was still very good

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs

The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from

Very old fashioned hotel, everything is just right. Room is tidy and comfortable, facing Royal Palace. Old Imperial Bar is worth to try, sitting at the bar side, the atmosphere is just about perfect.

Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!
