Would be even better if hotel offers this service. Room also has no USB plug since it’s dated design. It’s abit tricky if you plugin UK adapter since the weight would press down and charging process will get interrupted
I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent
Three-star price, four-star amenities, and a five-star night view – I'll definitely be back!
Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport
There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs
There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together
The hotel is large and luxurious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, convenience store, swimming pool (limited time), large public bath, massage chairs, ice machine, and microwave
I was very satisfied. It was my first time visiting Yokohama from Hokkaido. The scenery and the room were so beautiful, it was almost too luxurious for me. My trip to Yokohama was so enjoyable. I'll come again.
I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama
I especially loved being able to grill various fish and shellfish, including shishamo, right in front of me at breakfast!
I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.
Small room but fully equipped with amenities and functions
Only ick I have is the hour commute back and forth if you want to go to Tokyo and explore it's regions but overall I really liked my stay
Accomodation of the room is very nice have your own personalized bathtub and the bed was very comfortable I was able to sleep peacefully
The cafe at the main lobby really helped in terms of eating breakfast and the two Lawson's downstairs are really great!
The washing machine also was good and you can check the status and availability of said machines In your hotel TV!
Huge room for one person! The room was very clean with well stocked amenities. I had a great view of Tokyo bay. Picked this hotel because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe.
A huge hotel located amidst factory outlets, a shopping mall, and even Costco. It features multiple public baths and offers a direct airport transfer service.
The hotel is located at a very convenient place and most stuffs are accessible from the hotel. Not bad, will come again.
Really liked it VERY convenient as they have a bus straight to the hotel itself, and going back to NRT airpor
However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy! The hotel assigned us a room on the 34th floor, and it was a corner room at that! Very unaccommodating, especially since I had previously requested *not* to have a corner room
This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building
com, and their customer service was excellent and very prompt! I'm very satisfied with Trip. com's after-sales support! From the room, we could see the light show across the street, and the toiletries were by L'Occitane
There was also Chinese cleaning staff on our floor. I hope the hotel can arrange a relatively better location next time. Booking so far in advance, only to be given such a poor room assignment, was truly disappointing!
Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable
Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay
It's rare to find a hotel in Tokyo with a Japanese garden; it was beautiful and comfortable!
The shower floor tiles were a bit slippery; I suggest replacing them with non-slip tiles, which might be better for the elderly!
Although the space wasn't very large, the room service was excellent. There are many restaurants on-site, and since I was a guest, the front desk made it easy to book dinner
The service was excellent, with six different meals available daily in the executive corridor. You can also enjoy a Japanese sauna 🧖♀️
I recommend their Sky Dinner; the view and experience are fantastic, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape
While I rarely go to buffets, the food here was quite good, especially the Wagyu beef teppanyaki – it was amazing
The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off
In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished
It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained
Recently, there are many places that do not clean even if you stay for a long time, so I was grateful to have the room cleaned despite the price
It seems that there is also a Japanese-style room, so I would like to use it next time. This hotel is suitable for business and sightseeing
The room is small but that is expected for the type, it was clean and neat, it shows some wear but nothing too bad. In the future I will try and book there as well because it is very close to the station and easy to find
Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable to sleep in. Location is very convenient too as there is a train station, a grocery store, and a McDonald's nearby.
Yes the hotel is a bit old, but you get your money's worth.
Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside is that there's no microwave in the hallway, but you can use the FamilyMart on the first floor
The room was really small, but very clean. The service was attentive and thoughtful; a hotel staff member even personally walked us out to help us find the airport shuttle stop when we left
Very nice hotel and all facilities are the best! Highly recommended as its sooo accessible - near everything! Plus point is there’s bus drop and pickup services to the airport. So easy!
Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Big Camera, Don Quijote, and Seibu Department Store. The room is definitely considered super spacious for Tokyo
The whole building, from the lobby to the guest floors, is immaculate and well kept, giving a clean and cozy feeling that immediately relaxes you
Great location! There's a direct shuttle from Haneda Airport, and Sunshine City has everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment

The location is super convenient for both transport and daily necessities, plus there's an amusement park right next door, which my kids absolutely loved! We happened to be there during a concert, so the area was packed and really lively
I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station
I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, and it's easy to get to other attractions
The lobby is spacious, and check-in and check-out are handled conveniently via self-service machines. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the rooms here are quite roomy and bright
We booked a twin room, and it was a very generous 33 square meters. The hotel features transparent glass observation elevators, offering views of the Tokyo Skytree
The room was a decent size and really clean. A lot of food and entertainment options nearby. The breakfast was very delicious. The view from my room was excellent

Excellent service. Amazing view overseeing coastline and Fukuoka Tower.
Distance from city centre but highly recommended if drive.
Due to the language barrier, I couldn't get a clear explanation. ⑥ The room lighting was dim and very uncomfortable. However, the hotel's location is indeed excellent, with full sea views and convenient transportation
④ The room facilities were not as good as those in a decent business hotel back home (China). ⑤ The hotel policy stated free parking when I booked, but I was charged 2000 yen per day at check-out
② There was a lack of substantial dishes; only one salmon dish could be considered so, but it tasted really bad. ③ Almost all the dishes were unappetizing
However, when it came to breakfast, I was truly disappointed and felt quite let down:
① The coffee was the worst I've had in any hotel in Japan
The experience might be better if staying in the summer
The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The design was thoughtful, and I especially loved the waterfall in the lobby. Sitting in the lobby bar, sipping a black tea with wagashi, was incredibly comfortable
The hotel's location is also great, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants right downstairs on B1 – perfect for snacks and meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful
It is a newly renovated hotel with long history. There are shops, restaurants and 7-11 within the hotel. There are science museum, art museum in walking distance and convention centre next door
My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient
You'll need to transfer to another station, and it's an outside transfer, to reach popular areas. However, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Umeda Station
The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the price I booked through Ctrip was not high
Staffs were helpful and generous. Room typically small as Japan has limited space. Location is great but you have to use stair from train. that's the tough part if you have big luggage
Price is reasonable, compared to Location and service. APA changed a lot after COVID-19, mostly in a good way
Well, nice hotel more facilities. Near to japan railway and subway
Conpared to that, the room size seems to be smaller and there are not so much convenience facilities such as Family mart. However, still, the service including room cleaning is perfect. And, overall, the room is quiet
A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners
Small clean rooms great if you don't plan being in them long
The lobby and the huge Godzilla display (that's their theme) are interesting and nice. The hotel is clean and neat and the bathrooms in the rooms are great. The staff speak English and are pleasant and accommodating
The hotel's location is excellent, with direct bus access nearby. Downstairs, it's very lively at night with many restaurants. There are JR and subway stations close by, making transportation incredibly convenient.
Room size was big comparing other hotels in Tokyo.
Facilities were offered and the best thing is the shower.
Unfortunately, I dont like the way the make you to join their membership program.
Very convenient location with many shops, arcades, restaurants and entertainment venues around. 5-minute walk to subway station and 10-minute walk to JR station
Godzilla related goods are on sale on the lobby floor. I stayed in a room on the 18th floor and the view was amazing. The bathroom and shower room were great, with basic amenities
The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Shinjuku's Kabukicho, with all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available
I was also able to request luggage storage after check-out. Although it's a little far from the station, I'm glad I chose this hotel!
Very convenient hotel. Great experience.
This might be the best APA hotel in Niigata! 😌
The large public bath 🛁 is a must-have! ✨
They have a large number of rooms, so you can always find a room even at the last minute! ✨
It's a bit of a walk from the downtown area, 🚶♀️
The large public bath is spacious, and there is an open-air bath, which is nice. There are plenty of washing areas, and skin care products such as cleansing creams are also available
The station is within walking distance, but I'm not sure if I'll walk. 😌
The convenience store 🏪 is on the first floor, so it's convenient. ✨
This time, I'm eating at Niigata Station, but they serve pho
The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports
Some small recommendations:
- would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet
The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty good
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs
The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from
True to its five-star rating, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to Disneyland
I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo
Very old fashioned hotel, everything is just right. Room is tidy and comfortable, facing Royal Palace.
Old Imperial Bar is worth to try, sitting at the bar side, the atmosphere is just about perfect.
The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive
The service was top notch! Great location and clean room. You can choose your breakfast from 4 restaurants. The breakfast is delicious. I’ll stay here again next time for sure!
This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace
Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace

The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.
Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.
There's a 7-Eleven on the basement floor and a Mont-bell across the street. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around
We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.
Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!
The room was spacious and bright, with a stunning tower view from the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors. Daily housekeeping promptly replenished toiletries
The hotel is located in south Tokyo. It is 1 min walk from the station, which makes it easy to reach the city centre. The room we were provided, was neat and clean. We had a superb view of the odaiba area
The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.
Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more
The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff
The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time
Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep

When I returned to Tokyo, I stayed in a 26-square-meter twin room for three nights, which offered great value for money. It was 1000 RMB a night because it was Valentine's Day, but the other nights were at regular prices
The Yurikamome line is right next to Kokusai-Tenjijo, and there's a bus station at the subway exit, making bus travel convenient too. The hotel also has an airport shuttle service, but you need to book in advance
The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel
I've been to Japan over thirty times and Tokyo eight times, and this is by far the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone
I booked a total of five nights. First, two nights here, then two nights in Kamakura, three nights in Hakone, and then back here for three nights, before moving to Tamachi for two nights
Plus, the hotel offers direct shuttle buses to both airports, which you can book in advance. I stayed on the 15th floor, and while high floors have their perks, there are downsides too
You have a choice of restaurants for breakfast, and the one upstairs offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I'd say the breakfast is quite good by Japanese standards. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too
Since the Prince Hotel is right across the street, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and dining options nearby, which is a huge plus. Transportation is also incredibly convenient
Moving to major districts like Shinjuku, Ginza, and Shibuya by train/subway is fast and easy. If you are looking for a central base in Tokyo with great food and accessibility, I highly recommend staying here
The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor
Exceeded all expectations! Beautiful property, spotless accommodations, and outstanding service. Convenient location with easy access to attractions. Worth every penny!
Surrounded by a historically elegant environment, the garden greenery is beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The room facilities are complete and comfortable
I also enjoy the public bath very much, making sure to use it every evening, especially when snow is falling into the open space part, which make me feel as if I was being time-travelled to the ancient days of Japan
Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby
Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable
The free parking was a huge plus! As expected from an APA hotel, the interior was very clean, and I really enjoyed the hot springs
This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it
If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel
