At night there was someone knocked my room!!
I stayed here last year as well. Cheap and basic business hotel. Courteous and friendly service.
Nice place. Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy. Reception is 24/7. The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card). Air conditioning is in the rooms. Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs...
This business hotel is about a ten minute walk from JR Sendai station, so it's convenient. However, the room is very small - smaller than other comparably priced business hotels and is a super tight squeeze for two people (even two slim women). Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train...
Could’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird rule that you have to give your room key to reception every time you leave the building - never seen that at any other hotel before.
Front desk service is fast, polite, patient. Appreciate. Room is clean, bed is comfortable for enjoy deep sleep. Location of hotel is convenient, nearby JR station, long haul bus station and city bus station. Also, nearby Morning fish market and convenient store around hotel. Good experience

The hotel was located in good area and the famous arcade was just cross the street. The hotel was small but enough space and The vibe was very stylish and the free laundry was a definitely huge plus! And the public bath was so beautiful … I really enjoyed staying here. 💕
Super clean and cozy. I liked everything there. Thanks for a wonderful day!!
Extremely clean hotel! I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I contacted the hotel in advance, and they really paid attention to all the little details of cleanliness. The service was also excellent, and the facilities were great! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Nagasaki. Although the hotel is small, the overall experience was truly wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and they even...
New and clean very nice hotel. Amenities are good and bought a few shower gels and shampoos there as they smelled so good. The room and bathroom are perfectly clean. Very tasty green tea met us on the reception. The only strange thing was the bathroom with windows in both side - to the room and outside. You can close it but you have to cover all the windows every time you go tge toilet.
The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax. Travelling from the train station to the hotel with luggage is just tedious.
Close to city centre, nice room with ample amenities, public bath on top floor with great city view

The hotel's location is convenient.
It's pretty good; I've stayed here many times. It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Every time I come here, I stay at this hotel. The only thing is that the decor is a bit old, and I hope they can renovate it soon.
Dirty ahh place. Staff was helpful, but that's the only good thing to be said about this hotel. Everything is old, outdated and dirty. Breakfast is abysmal, you will get tea, coffee, hard boiled eggs and a toast with gem/butter. That's all. Can't call it a breakfast really. They have only one washing and drying machine for 8 floor hotel. People are saying price is good, but I stayed at far better hotels...
It is conveniently located near Namba Station in Osaka. The place is clean and tidy, and although the space is a little small, it was comfortable enough for us as a couple. The building feels a bit old, but overall the price is fair for what it offers.
Very old dated hotel. Mould in the bathroom and vents in the bedroom. Location is very good but only recommend staying here for 1 night
This hotel is located in a good central location. Not too far from dotonbori and denden town. Very close to both 24hr convenience store and Don Qijote store. The free breakfast is also a great deal that will help you save. Could use some new carpet but otherwise, no complaints.

Business Hotel Boston, Oita1 / 5High rating

Oita, 10-1 Takasagomachi 🧭 Map
This was my first time staying here to attend a New Year's party, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little air conditioning smell. However, the vents under the windows hadn't been cleaned and were full of dust...but on the other hand, it's actually rare to find a place that clean. I was happy that there were a lot of electrical outlets. However, the lobby smelled of cigarettes...
The hot water in the shower didn't come out at night. It was restored at 11:30 PM and was announced over the in-house announcement. I was woken up by the announcement and couldn't sleep after that. The room was clean.
It's basically a business hotel that only accommodates singles. It's located behind the large music hall, iichiko Grand Theatre, so I stayed here when my favourite artist was there for a live performance. It's close to the city centre and the entertainment district (Miyakomachi), so I think it's easily accessible. It appears the owner has changed, and I found my stay more comfortable than last time...
I stayed alone for work. The hotel itself was old, but not dirty. I was only there for the night, so I didn't have any complaints. It seems they don't serve breakfast. There may have been one at the front desk, but there was no hair dryer. There was no refrigerator, and the amenities were not very well-equipped.

Excellent location for a temporary stay. Walking distance to Shinjuku.
Kind staff though instructions could be better rather than just a printed A4. Room was clean and tidy though very small but enough for a single traveler spending a single night for domestic travels.
Last time the bath was too hot to use, but this time the temperature was just right and very enjoyable. I'm very satisfied! The food was average. The price was also very affordable and excellent. I'd love to stay again.
I needed 15 minutes late checkout because I came from outside and was before a long day, they wanted 2000 JPY for then, I will not come back
5 stars for friendly personnel, and a nice check-in gifts. And 3 stars due to the fact that you have to give away your key to reception staff when exit the hotel, also because the hotel is strictly closed from 1 am at night till morning without letting tenants inside. Overall, fine price for its value in a good location.
This hotel is very old and not friendly at all. There is a curfew between 1am and 6am. And they make a lot of noise in the hallways every morning. My check-out was due at 10am and they called me 5 times starting at 9.30am while I was showering, that’s very rude. Also they threatened to make me pay a supplement if I was not out by 10.15am. Breakfast is supposedly open until 10am but I arrived at 9....

It's not bad if you're traveling solo and just need a place to sleep, though the transportation is a bit inconvenient. However, considering you can walk to Sapporo Station in about 30 minutes, it's not too bad. There's also a park nearby, which is great for walks.
Clean and great customer service.

The staff provided quite good service.
The location is close to Hokkaido University, a bit out of the way. You can walk to Sapporo Station, but there's no underground shopping street nearby. One male staff member, after realizing we didn't speak Japanese, became very rude and inexplicably lost his temper with us. The room was also very small and had no heating.
This place is near Kita-Juni-Jo Station. It's a bit of a walk from Hakodate Station, but if the weather's bad, you can just take the subway. The staff are very polite and friendly. For the price, getting breakfast included is an amazing deal! They don't clean the room every day, but they do empty the trash and change towels (just leave them by the door). I actually prefer this kind of service. All...

Thats good, might the room space can be improve will be rather
I actually like this hotel. Convenient when traveling anywhere. Close to Trains station. There is one staff speak English well. They help me with anything I asked.
This hotel had an exceptionally good room condition, truly standing out among others in Machida. From now on, it will be my go-to choice whenever I visit Machida.
Hotel is near to Machida train station, nearby have a lot of shops very convenient to get anything required. Friendly hotel staffs
There is enough space. There are famous anime stores near the hotel. The reception desk tries its best to meet the requirements, and the staff can communicate in basic English. It is recommended.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from JR Ritsurin Station and Kotoden Ritsurin Koen Station. Ritsurin Koen Station has less traffic and is easier to walk to. There is also a bus from nearby Ritsurin Koen-mae, so if you time it right, that is probably the closest option. Kawaramachi Station, a relatively large station, is just a little over 15 minutes away, so it's not too far to walk. Discount...
I used this hotel for sightseeing in Takamatsu. It's conveniently located near Ritsurin Garden, making bus travel easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. It was quiet, and I wasn't bothered by traffic noise. There's a vending machine on the first floor, but it didn't accept new banknotes or the new 500 yen bill, so be aware of that. There's a convenience store very close...
The massage chair in the hallway seems a bit weird but everything is fine and very close to the park.
It's far away from JR Takamatsu Station. It's opposite Ritsurin Park. There's a convenience store downstairs and there aren't many restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old. If I stay in Takamatsu again, I probably won't stay here again.
It's close to Ritsurin Garden and there's a convenience store right next to it. They introduced us to a great 24-hour parking lot. We had a comfortable stay.

Despite the reasonable price, all amenities were provided, the breakfast menu was sufficient (better than Toyoko), the bed was large and the room was not small, it was only about 5 minutes from the station and there was a convenience store on the way, so it was very nice. The staff were also polite and helpful in directing me to nearby parking lots.
Overall, it was very good, cheap, and included breakfast. It only had smoking rooms. The building was old, and the room lights only turned on after inserting the key into the lock, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathrooms were renovated and clean, with a strong shower. A welcome drink is available until midnight. In addition to coffee, tea, and juice, you can also make sour drinks with shochu or...
This is a small business hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Goi Station. The building and facilities are old, and the rooms are not particularly large, but they are kept clean and provide a reasonably comfortable stay. Guests can bring their yukata and amenities from the front desk on the first floor. Self-service welcome coffee is provided, and the breakfast buffet offers a reasonable selection...
The free drink service and manga corner are great.
We checked in at 3pm. The front desk was very accommodating and let us in at 2pm. We didn't have a room card, so we were given a key. It's not too far from Wujing Station, a 10-minute walk, but it's a bit in a residential area, so we need to find it. Breakfast ends at 9pm
It's old. However, the floor has been remodeled, amenities are available, pillows can be selected, and at this price, I am very satisfied. At check-in, you can have a drink at the drink bar. I'm Shimodo, so it was ginger ale, but highball and sake are also like 🆗. And breakfast. It was a little far from the station, but it was comfortable. There were very cute goldfish. The reception staff were very kind, and it was a good stay overall.
I used this hotel when attending events such as the Maebashi Festival. First of all, the front desk staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere was very homey, which I really liked. Both the hotel lobby and guest rooms were very clean, and there were Gunma-chan and Koroton plush toys, as well as free coffee, which made for a heartwarming experience. A few people stayed there. It was an old facility, but it seemed well-cleaned. However, some members said they couldn't sleep because the room smelled like urine.
It was a non-smoking room, so there was no smell, and the room was very clean. The washing machine and gas dryer were available at a reasonable price, but the dryer was a bit quirky; it was fixed at 20 minutes (no time extensions allowed) and the cooling cycle had to be stopped at the start. It's easy to use once you get used to it. The staff were very helpful, and I would like to stay at this hotel...
I don't usually write reviews, but it's been a little over two years since I discovered this hotel, and I've become more and more captivated every year, so I wanted to share it with everyone. ^^ This is my favorite hotel, completely overturning the notion of a mass-produced business hotel. My impressions of the stay. The room was average. You could clearly hear the neighbors returning and closing the door, so some people may find it noisy. Next, regarding the location, it took almost 20 minutes to walk from Koenji Station. To be honest, it's understandable considering the price, but it feels more like it's in the corner of a residential area. The facilities inside were new, with the...
It is located a 15-minute walk from Nakano Station. The guest rooms are cozy spaces decorated with wood and retro, stylish lighting. The bathroom can be a little cold if you stay in the winter, so we recommend using the bathtub. Shoes are not allowed, so it's a good idea to bring a bag to store your shoes.
It was great that it was close to Nakano Station.
Very good. The hotel is very clean. The room is okay. The price is not expensive. The receptionist can answer questions through translation in the mobile app.
It's clear that they've put effort into the small, old hotel. There aren't many places to stay nearby, so it's very convenient. There are a lot of foreign guests. The moon from the rooftop was beautiful.

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and located in a quiet alley, with a great location overall.
The room was bigger than I expected. The service was also great. It's super convenient with shops and restaurants right downstairs. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back to Japan. Highly recommended! The toiletries were good too, and you can even store your luggage beforehand.
Hotel is located near to Nipponbamshi Station and walking distance to Namba Station to Kansai Airport. It’s my second time staying at this hotel which is conveniently located at all the shopping heartbeat of Osaka. Easy access to F&B places. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in the next season. Although busy outside but it’s silent and comfy inside the room.
The bar downstairs was incredibly noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. The bed and pillows were very hard. The room itself felt very outdated; you had to manually lock the door with a key. The hygiene in the room was also just okay. The only good things were the central location, which was convenient for shopping, and the abundance of restaurants nearby.
Bit used and depressing, good location, get what you pay for . Amusing chap on reception.

The price was quite reasonable, but the room was larger and cleaner than I expected, probably because it had been renovated.
