Facilities: The apartment has a kitchen for breakfast, a microwave, an oven, and a washing machine. The room is spacious with a double bed and a bunk bed, accommodating up to four people.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping is every three days, but you can get fresh toiletries daily, which is very convenient.
Location: The transportation is excellent, with a subway and JR station nearby. Ginza is a quick ten-minute ride away. There are two convenience stores downstairs and plenty of dining options nearby.
Service: The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff who are very welcoming and helpful.

We are a family of four (two adults, two children) and stayed at the hotel for five nights. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a five-minute walk from exit A5 or A6 of Daimon subway station. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to Tokyo Tower, and Shiba Park is right at the base of Tokyo Tower. There are many restaurants nearby, most of which require reservations. At the intersection downstairs, there are three convenience stores, which is very handy. The room had two single beds and a bunk bed. I was initially worried the bunk beds might be a bit small, but they were perfectly adequate. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and all the necessary pots, pans, and dishes. The only challenge was having to deal with Japan's strict garbage sorting, but the hotel provided a helpful guide for that. During our five-night stay, our room was cleaned once in the middle, and the staff downstairs were very friendly.

Perfect for families, offering ample space and an excellent location. Tokyo Tower is very close, and Shiba Park is within easy walking distance. Ginza is also surprisingly walkable, with Don Quijote and Matsumoto Kiyoshi conveniently located en route. The surrounding area is incredibly lively, packed with convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson), various fast-food options like Matsuya and McDonald's, countless noodle shops, and even more izakayas. Guests are required to sort their own trash, but the amenities are superb: a refrigerator larger than typical hotel ones, a microwave, an electric oven, and a washing machine are all provided.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke Chinese. They were very helpful, providing many useful amenities, including bottled water at a very affordable price. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine. For getting around, we primarily used Daimon Station, which was convenient and not overly crowded. It's also just a very convenient 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are supermarkets and convenience stores in the vicinity, and we usually found dining options easily near the subway station. I particularly recommend a yakitori restaurant and two noodle shops in the area. Tokyo Tower is a pleasant 1km walk away, and Haneda Airport is directly accessible by subway. Overall, I believe this location is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tokyo.

This accommodation is ideal for families. The bathroom is utterly pristine. The washer and dryer function flawlessly, allowing us to do laundry every day! I really appreciate the dining table; it's excellent, especially since we bought so many snacks from Lawson and Family Mart. The train station is approximately a 5-7 minute walk away, and JR station is roughly 10 minutes on foot. All in all, I believe this apartment hotel is perfect for families.

Ideally situated in the business district, this place offers incredibly convenient subway access, with numerous JR and Kintetsu train lines nearby. Tokyo Tower is also within easy reach. The absolute highlight is the generously sized room, perfect for four guests, and equipped with an in-unit washer/dryer and a kitchen – truly a luxury in Tokyo where space is at a premium. The front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication effortless. The surroundings boast plenty of convenience stores, a Sugi Pharmacy, and an Ippudo Ramen. For Ichiran Ramen, it's just one subway stop to Shimbashi Station, and the queue there is typically shorter than at other branches. I even got to revisit a fantastic ramen place I'd loved in Okinawa – absolutely top-notch!

Room size is huge for local standards and good size for family of 4! Well-equipped with amenities at the reception and security is tight. Convenient and easy access to monorail for haneda airport. JR and subway within walking distance under 10mins. Lots of food options and convenience stores around. Overall, great choice for family as my boys loved the bunk beds!
