Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.

This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.

Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.

The location is perfect. The room is a bit small but the soundproofing is good. You can use your hotel room card to go directly to the supermarket downstairs. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, which is very friendly for tourists who don't speak Japanese.

Room was small but enough for 2pax to just back in the room to rest for the night and head out the entire day. 2 Big luggage might be a slight challenge to open and pack in the room, but still ok if only 1 big luggage. Near by has quite alot of food and near to both Shinkansen and metro station.

I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. Room is clean and cozy. Location is very convenient. Near to metro abd major attractions. Amenities were provided. Provided options whether to do room cleaning or just change of towels, which is a total respect for privacy. For removing trash only, just leave the trash bin outside the room. The staffs will clean it and place the clean bin outside the room. But just a small recommendation on this, perhaps...

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, about a two-minute walk, and there are many duty-free shops nearby, satisfying all your shopping needs. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and polite, making for a fantastic experience!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get there from the airport by train or bus. Both check-in and check-out are self-service. The staff were friendly and helpful, storing our luggage for us. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within walking distance. Great location, close to metro station and dotonbori. Staffs are helpful. The room was small but functional, extension cords are available which is very convenient. The corridor smells of cigarettes but not in the room.

There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and the room size is quite generous for Japan, making it perfect for overnight stays after a late flight.

10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours. And the lightings in the garden is a bonus.. very good feel.

For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided...

The room size was just right, very clean, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was great for late-night food purchases. I really liked it and would definitely stay here again.

Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. The free airport shuttle is reliable and makes getting to and from the terminal easy. Rooms are clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for one person, with enough room to open luggage. Would definitely stay again for a quick airport stopover.

Corner suite has beautiful view. Not like other Japanese hotel, very roomy. Food is also very good. Onsen is also beautiful.

Good facilities, nice golf courses, and a comfortable room. It is an ideal place for golf, hot springs, and travel to focus on relaxation. If you have any plans to visit nearby tourist attractions, shopping, or town, I would recommend booking a rental car.

Very clean & Comfortable rooms with good views, a very wide spread of food at the buffet.

I've stayed there 3 times (in September )and have had an excellent experience every time. My only complaint is that the pool has never been open at night. When it was open during the day it was crowded with kids. It would be great to have a separate adults-only pool, with drinks, open into the evening. That would make for a true resort experience.

Parking is free, room is huge, service is awesome, there are shops selling stuff at basement, onsen is superb, water pressure for shower is strong. Breakfast is awesome. There are indoor swimming pool. I am said its one of the best hotel i stayed.
