Shinagawa Prince Hotel, Tokyo1 / 30

Tokyo, 4 Chome-10-30 Takanawa, Minato, 108-8611 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's less than a three...
Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together. It's also a bit tricky...
Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.
It was my first time to stay in there. It was amazing location, service and the view!! I definitely recommend and will definitely back
This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

Tokyo, Hinode Urayasu, 7-2-3 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay and park. Staff were nice and quick to help. The convenience store in the hotel was so easy and we got dinner and breakfast from there - was good. A lot of families were there, so accommodating to kids. Shuttle was clean and efficient. I was able to take our luggage on the shuttle to the Disney resort, so happy to have their...
Great rooms and view. The room is clean and spacious for my family of four. We got four comfortable single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, washing area and a separated toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There is a Lawson 24hr convenience store at ground floor and other amenities like washers , dryers and microwave ovens. There are free shuttle buses to Shin Urayasu stations, Disneyland...
Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.
I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and I have to say it was the best hotel experience I've had in the city so far. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of having a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby. It made it easy to...
Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. For only SGD 80+ a night per person, this accommodation is a steal!
Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

The location is great, this is my second time staying here with my kids. This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building. However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy...
Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable. Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our...
Facilities: As a long-standing Japanese hotel, my family and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel multiple times. First off, the rooms are quite spacious, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic. The L'Occitane toiletries provided by the hotel are also excellent. What I liked most was the mineral water in glass bottles – a big plus! 👍 All other essential amenities and facilities are also well-equipped...
Th room hv space for spend time during exhausted from walking, staff are great and very good services. The food in morning hv no variety but still acceptable
The hotel's location is good, and the staff were friendly. We even had a view of Mount Fuji from our room. However, two issues during our stay made it quite uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness was lacking. For the four days we stayed, house cleaning only made the beds and didn't tidy up anything else. We called the front desk to request a sheet change, but it wasn't done. The hotel's soundproofing...
Overall a great hotel to stay at. Hotel breakfast is up to expectation. Lounge was excellent. Concierge team was very helpful with restaurant reservations, thank you Ms Wei, Mr Tiago, Mr Higashi. Taxis are always available at hotel door step. Would definitely stay again.

Tokyo, 3-1-5 Higashi-ikebukuro, Toshima-ku 🧭 Map
Location is pretty good, beside the mall with observatory and aquarium. lots of food options and pokemon center!
This hotel is really convenient. You can find numerous shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. What disappointed me was that they didn’t provide any skincare. Even though I chose the upper floor, the window couldn’t be opened and the air ventilation was so so. I couldn’t sleep well.
Great location! There's a direct shuttle from Haneda Airport, and Sunshine City has everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Big Camera, Don Quijote, and Seibu Department Store. The room is definitely considered super spacious for Tokyo. Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside...
Very nice hotel and all facilities are the best! Highly recommended as its sooo accessible - near everything! Plus point is there’s bus drop and pickup services to the airport. So easy!
This is an older, established hotel in Japan that used to be quite prestigious. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Among the three hotels I stayed at this trip, this was the best one.
The room was really small, but very clean. Breakfast was also good. The service was attentive and thoughtful; a hotel staff member even personally walked us out to help us find the airport shuttle stop when we left. The hotel's location is also great, with direct access to the large Sunshine mall downstairs. There's plenty of food and shopping, and every day during our stay there were lively activities...

Superb location, right beside JR Osaka station.  Supermarket is at B1 floor, very convenient.  Facility is nice and clean.  For sure will book again.
The location is perfect. The room is a bit small but the soundproofing is good. You can use your hotel room card to go directly to the supermarket downstairs. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, which is very friendly for tourists who don't speak Japanese.
The location is great; you don't even have to leave the building to visit all the places you want, and there's a supermarket on the basement level. I wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast, though; there isn't much variety, no omelets, and the serving area gets very crowded.
Great location and super convenient! Room is pretty compact and has all the things you need!
Hotel quality and location are exceptional. Great service, refined finishing. Highly recommended.
The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting to any attraction or city. Shopping is a breeze with pharmacies, malls, and supermarkets everywhere. Plus, there's a direct airport shuttle to both Kansai Airport and Itami Airport. Dining is also incredibly easy; the 8th floor downstairs has all sorts of delicious food options, and you can even pay directly with WeChat Pay.

This is a relatively large hotel. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were self-service, which was very convenient. However, they didn't provide any skincare products. Nowadays, many hotels offer facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion, so this is an area where they could improve. I stayed here twice during this trip. The first time, they said I got an upgrade, and the room even had...
Extremely close to Kyoto Station, and it was wonderful for everyone in the family to have their own bed. The room amenities were thoughtfully prepared with three of each item, and the toothbrushes even came in three different colors, which was a nice touch.
Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading our room to the top floor! It's located south of Kyoto Station, making it super convenient to get to all the city's attractions via train, subway, or bus. There are plenty of restaurants and large department stores nearby, including an Aeon mall, plus all three major convenience stores are just around the corner. The room itself was renovated, quite spacious,...
Fantastic stay, room is big and clean, good service and ambience is excellent
Best hotel in Kyoto. In front of with Kyoto station(Hachijo West exit). The room I booked is a newly renovated room and it exceed my expectation. Very satisfied. Will repeat again definitely!
A superb hotel located very close to Kyoto Station. The staff is extremely polite and professional, providing excellent service. Luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is outstanding and truly worthy of a 5-star palace. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct bus access nearby. Downstairs, it's very lively at night with many restaurants. There are JR and subway stations close by, making transportation incredibly convenient.
Room size was big comparing other hotels in Tokyo. Facilities were offered and the best thing is the shower. Unfortunately, I dont like the way the make you to join their membership program.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Shinjuku's Kabukicho, with all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. It's a lively area! Plus, it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shinjuku Station East Exit, making transportation super convenient. Highly recommend!
Very convenient location with many shops, arcades, restaurants and entertainment venues around. 5-minute walk to subway station and 10-minute walk to JR station. Room was spacious and clean. Shower and bathtub big enough for taking care of a young child. Buffet breakfast was a nice addition worth paying extra for.

A great place to stay for a family. Our room is spacious for 4 guest and staff are friendly. They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. Plus, the train to Disneyland and Universal Studios is just outside the hotel entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient. We had three beds for three people, and the room was a good size with a fantastic view...
This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. The hotel service was still very good. Whether it was the front desk or luggage storage, the staff were very enthusiastic. We also bought our tickets at the hotel. It's walking distance from the monorail station, so no shuttle...
The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money.
The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports. The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty...
True to its five-star rating, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to Disneyland. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store right next door at the Hilton is really handy for grabbing snacks and drinks.

Arakawa and staff in the restaurant are top notch, made me and my fiancée feel extremely welcomed and accommodated with her gluten allergy and they went above and beyond for us. We ate here for dinner 3 nights and breakfast 3 mornings, and stayed in one of the bay view rooms. Great location if visiting Disney parks and the staff alone is what made this stay a truly special one. Thanks again Arakawa...
200% highly recommend this hotel — it’s incredibly family-friendly! While waiting to check in, there’s a large play area directly across from the front desk, along with Disney TV channels playing to keep children entertained. We loved our little stay. The kid-friendly room are absolutely adorable with the forest animals and little witch themed room. My son loved his bunkbed. We stayed in Jan for ~$160 a night. We had a park view which means you can see Disney Sea. The room was very spacious. The beds were not as comfortable as others but fine. The hotel lobby has a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. There's also a mall downstairs, and you can walk through it to get to the train station easily. The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the high floor offered great views. There's a mall and supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping, and the subway station is just a three-minute walk away.
The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back
I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. The hotel breakfast is consistently high-quality, and the night view is beautiful~
The room was great, especially having a washing machine. The view from the window was also nice, and the observation deck outside the 20th-floor front desk was particularly beautiful. The transportation was also very convenient. Hope to see you again next time.

And both times I booked the business suite. 1) This time they gave me a smaller room on the same floor. This hotel is simply wonderful! Our favorite aspect, are the professional Ambassadors, Waly and Waki. During your arrival, stay, and departure, they will certainly elevate your Lobby experience. Individually, they are the best in the business. They recognize nearly every guest with gracious appreciation. Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, and the free shuttle to Shinjuku Station was very convenient. The location is very convenient, and it's easy to get to the airport.
Had a wonderful stay. The 30th-floor restaurant offers a fantastic view, breathtaking during the day and magical at night.
I was assigned a random room in the South Wing, which was very spacious and had a balcony, decorated in a French style with yellow and blue accents. The hotel has a very old-money feel with many artistic ornaments and paintings to admire. The shuttle bus was punctual and very convenient and pleasant.
The room was spacious and the facilities were business-oriented, typical of an older five-star hotel. While the decor felt a bit dated, it was very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The 'mystery room' booking was a huge surprise; the price was amazing, probably a third of what it would normally cost.

Room is clean and the hotel location is perfect! Service was very good and prompt too. Excellent hotel and I would definitely recommend everyone visiting Osaka!
The room was a bit small, but the location is incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring! It's easy to reach the hotel from the B1 food hall of Daimaru Department Store. Plus, there's a large bus service nearby that goes to Kansai Airport, costing 1800 JPY for adults and 900 JPY for children, making it especially suitable for families with kids.
Excellent location in the Umeda district. Right downstairs, you have JR, Umeda Department Store – everything is super convenient. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. After a few days, we even upgraded to a larger room.
The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. Plus, there are plenty of shopping options nearby, which was a real treat! The hotel is incredibly close to the station, and Shinagawa Station is a major transportation hub for both the airport and Shinkansen, which probably explains why it's so popular. They've incorporated a lot of self-service options.
Good location, staff nice and helpful
The location is super convenient, right across from JR Shinagawa Station, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport. The self-check-in system was a bit finicky; it insisted on a domestic address to complete the process, but there was staff available to help. This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed. Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offers a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. Everything is well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel provides almost everything guests might need — even small details like hair ties are available. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Nipponbashi Metro Station. Traveling to Nara is very convenient as there’s no need to change trains, and Namba...
Room is clean and cozy. Location is very convenient. Near to metro abd major attractions. Amenities were provided. Provided options whether to do room cleaning or just change of towels, which is a total respect for privacy. For removing trash only, just leave the trash bin outside the room. The staffs will clean it and place the clean bin outside the room. But just a small recommendation on this, perhaps...
The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, about a two-minute walk, and there are many duty-free shops nearby, satisfying all your shopping needs. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and polite, making for a fantastic experience!
The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get there from the airport by train or bus. Both check-in and check-out are self-service. The staff were friendly and helpful, storing our luggage for us. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with amenities and a decent size. Overall, it offers great value for money
Great location, close to metro station and dotonbori. Staffs are helpful. The room was small but functional, extension cords are available which is very convenient. The corridor smells of cigarettes but not in the room.

Hotel Nikko Narita, Narita1 / 30

Narita, 500 Tokko 🧭 Map
There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and the room size is quite generous for Japan, making it perfect for overnight stays after a late flight.
10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours. And the lightings in the garden is a bonus.. very good feel.
Great hotel to stay in, good location and with shuttle services to and from airport, to Narita-san, Aeon shopping mall. Hotel room is clean and spacious.
For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided...
The room size was just right, very clean, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was great for late-night food purchases. I really liked it and would definitely stay here again.
Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. The free airport shuttle is reliable and makes getting to and from the terminal easy. Rooms are clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for one person, with enough room to open luggage. Would definitely stay again for a quick airport stopover.

Corner suite has beautiful view. Not like other Japanese hotel, very roomy. Food is also very good. Onsen is also beautiful.
Good facilities, nice golf courses, and a comfortable room. It is an ideal place for golf, hot springs, and travel to focus on relaxation. If you have any plans to visit nearby tourist attractions, shopping, or town, I would recommend booking a rental car.
Very clean & Comfortable rooms with good views, a very wide spread of food at the buffet.
I've stayed there 3 times (in September )and have had an excellent experience every time. My only complaint is that the pool has never been open at night. When it was open during the day it was crowded with kids. It would be great to have a separate adults-only pool, with drinks, open into the evening. That would make for a true resort experience.
Parking is free, room is huge, service is awesome, there are shops selling stuff at basement, onsen is superb, water pressure for shower is strong. Breakfast is awesome. There are indoor swimming pool. I am said its one of the best hotel i stayed.
A little old but that is to be expected, everything else is ok
