This hotel is an iconic landmark in Yokohama Port, but it's quite old, so the room facilities are dated, and the cleanliness was disappointing. I even found a clump of false eyelashes on my bath towel that weren't mine

This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere

The location is very convenient; all nearby attractions are within walking distance. The Landmark Tower is currently under construction and won't reopen until 2028, and other museums are closed on Mondays

Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent

Directly from the airport, but a bit far from the station. The upside is the nice view, and it's very close to Marks shopping center – you can just cut through it to get there.

The Japanese restaurant is less crowded and has a more refined atmosphere, while the Western restaurant is busier but offers views of the bay and cruise ships

Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍

The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good

The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍

The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back home; breakfast wasn't particularly delicious. Otherwise, everything was perfect

I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom

This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous

Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time

2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte

our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite

The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities

Even though the monorail station across the street looks close, having a bus pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel entrance after a long day of fun is incredibly convenient

The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

5/5 Self-serve with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that one of the hot dishes was a bit cold. One small suggestion for improvement: The conditioner was very difficult to get out of the bottle

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient

On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good

 Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle

I actually think the hotel is great! It's not as small as some people say; my 24-inch suitcase could open up with room to spare. The best part is the location – it's right in the CBD, safe, clean, and not noisy at all

Clean rooms and amenities were provided at the lobby so just grab whatever you need. The staff was attentive and most of them could communicate in English. The breakfast was pretty good as well but ends early at 9:45

The hotel service was excellent and very professional. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Although the selection didn't change much, it was definitely better than the hotel next door.

The location is incredibly convenient! Right across the street after getting off the airport bus. It's super close to Umeda Station and Osaka Station

There are multiple malls just across the street, and downstairs you'll find convenience stores, drugstores, and places to eat wagyu and yakitori

One of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide

I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel

We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient

The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach

Have stayed at Andaz Tokyo for multiple times since 2015. It is still my favorite hotel. This time everything was just perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable room and well thought design. Will definitely stay again soon.

The servers are very friendly and will explain each dish to you when they bring it. The price is understandably high, but the experience is worth every single yen (and I'm saying this despite being a student)

Had afternoon tea at the restaurant on the 51st floor and it was amazing! The ambience, the view, the coffee (of which the quantity is incredible: I had a latte) were wonderful and the food was amazing

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping
