Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.

This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.

Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.

Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. This is our second time visiting Naeba, and while the hotel is a bit older, it's incredibly convenient for families with kids. They have everything you need: restaurants, a convenience store, and shops selling ski gear. The ski resort is right at the hotel's doorstep, which is super handy, and if you're lucky, you might even catch some powder snow. It's also easy to get to the nearby Kagura ski resort

A big old hotel with everything you need. A proper ski in and out facilities. A lot of food choices with reasonable prices. Eventhough the hotel is old, everything is clean and well maintained. Free shuttle from Echigo Yuzawa Station is a plus too.

If you want true ski in ski out , then I would recommend this hotel. The lifts are just just 50 meters outside the hotel buildings and they lockers for each room to keep your gears, which is very convenient. It is a good business hotel. The room is small but that is expected for the type, it was clean and neat, it shows some wear but nothing too bad. In the future I will try and book there as well because it is very close to the station and easy to find.

If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!

It is a newly renovated hotel with long history. There are shops, restaurants and 7-11 within the hotel. There are science museum,art museum in walking distance and convention centre next door. You'll need to transfer to another station, and it's an outside transfer, to reach popular areas. However, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Umeda Station.

The location is perfect. The room is a bit small but the soundproofing is good. You can use your hotel room card to go directly to the supermarket downstairs. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, which is very friendly for tourists who don't speak Japanese.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting to any attraction or city. Shopping is a breeze with pharmacies, malls, and supermarkets everywhere. Plus, there's a direct airport shuttle to both Kansai Airport and Itami Airport. Dining is also incredibly easy; the 8th floor downstairs has all sorts of delicious food options, and you can even pay directly with WeChat Pay.

A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners. Conpared to that, the room size seems to be smaller and there are not so much convenience facilities such as Family mart. However, still, the service including room cleaning is perfect. And, overall, the room is quiet.

Solid and good hotel for the price! The reason for three stars is that there were mold visible on fittings in the bathroom. Other then that the hotel is up to the Apa standard of well run, wonderfully staffed and easy to use living accommodations for normal working people visiting or doing their job in Osaka.

It's a bit of a hassle to walk to and from the city center of Roppongi, but there's a bus stop right in front, which is super convenient. There's a convenience store, vending machines, and an ice maker in the building. They also hold your luggage for you.

Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace. You can walk to countless restaurants and cafés.

The hotel service was excellent, with great attention to detail. However, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows weren't very comfortable. There was also a slight musty smell in the bathroom, and the room felt a bit dry. For an older hotel, it's still very well-maintained.

The service was incredibly attentive, and they even have a Chinese-speaking front desk. The room size is decent for Tokyo, and the location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel amenities are also incredibly comprehensive.
