Would be even better if hotel offers this service. Room also has no USB plug since it’s dated design. It’s abit tricky if you plugin UK adapter since the weight would press down and charging process will get interrupted

I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent

Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport

There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs

There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together

Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside is that there's no microwave in the hallway, but you can use the FamilyMart on the first floor

The room was really small, but very clean. The service was attentive and thoughtful; a hotel staff member even personally walked us out to help us find the airport shuttle stop when we left

There was quite a lot of cars parked at all their carparks by night time. Went for dinner at the izakaya restaurant on my first day there, the food was great! There was even BBQ served at this restaurant

There was a shop at their lobby selling drinks, souvenirs, even has a craft workshop to make small Okinawa crafts. Driving to the hotel was easy, just have to follow google maps

We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby

The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.

The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.

The area around here is quite deserted, so I wouldn't recommend going out at night. There are also many other activities. I tried boat snorkeling and 🪂. By the way, you can order in-room massages

The hotel has several restaurants, a cafe and bar, and afternoon tea. The food is delicious, but reservations are required. Afternoon tea is a must! The view is stunning, and there's piano music

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea

The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach

In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach

There's a short line for breakfast. Dinner lines may also apply depending on the reservation time. The water park had many long slides, and my second-grader seemed to have a lot of fun

Separate from the water park, there's a small pool for young children called Aqua Oasis, but it seems to be for babies' first time in a pool, so it's an additional fee, and there's no slide, so it just feels like a regular pool

Like anywhere else, it can be difficult to get a turn when it's crowded. There were also several small pools and slides that preschoolers could enjoy, and my 2. 5-year-old really enjoyed them

The pool facilities were impressive, but because they're built on the slopes of the ski resort, the stairs between the facilities were quite arduous. I wish they'd at least add handrails to the stairs

But the older kids managed to get about eight. The hotel, water park, and playground are located at different elevations, so it's a good idea to take advantage of the shuttle bus that connects them

If I were to be greedy, I would have liked another main pool with a lazy river feel. Some people were carrying their luggage in camping carts, but the stairs were a no-go

Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs

Great Hotel - I loved the swimming pool and hot spring facilities very much. I loved the big slide too, unfortunately it was closed when I was there

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open

The zipline at the hotel was super fun! The room facilities are a bit old, but there's free parking, which is great for people traveling by car.

Good location, near to Ishigaki ferry terminal where vendors pick up and drop off participants for water activities, however parking spaces in the main carpark are always full and the second carpark is quite a distance away

The pool and suntanning deck were nice but pool was filled with kids and their parents and you can't do any lap swimming. Pool also opens late from 0930hrs so no early morning swim

However, you should not expect too much from the taste of the eel, regardless of the crab. There are many other delicious dishes besides crab and eel, and we couldn't try them all in one night

I don't think you'll get bored even if you stay for several nights. Tsumagoi Resort offers a wide range of activities, including horse riding, treasure hunting, and kick scooter rentals, which the kids loved

There were many small baths both indoors and outdoors, which we enjoyed. However, they also offer day-use bathing, so it was quite crowded and we didn't feel like we could relax very much

However, the price was very reasonable (just under 30,000 yen for a family of three with two meals), so for the price and the variety of activities, it's definitely 5 stars

The place was cleaned well, but the furniture was old and the atmosphere was far from that of a resort. We used the hot spring facility "Shinrin no Yu" on the premises

The site was large, so we were glad we rented a cart to get around. It was a very fun resort for kids, but for adults it was a bit old-fashioned with a Showa-era feel

5th floor Japanese rooms were noticeably better. We were disappointed the pool wasn't open in late June, but Japanese school was still in so it was understandable. The dinner buffet was overpriced in my opinion

Not many other options within a 10-15 min drive though. The whole place gave me a Spirited Away vibe which could be good or bad depending. If somebody came in and renovated it, it could be super nice

A very accommodating hot springs hotel that has a chapel on the premises and even bridal services. The restaurant has all you can eat crab legs and the breakfast menu is very abundant

This hotel looks like it was super nice when built at the peak of the 80's boom and hasn't been updated or renovated since. Beautiful mountaintop views from every room

This resort needs more maintenance if they want to maintain high quality level, It’s a resort with family for short vacation, Room size and swimming pool are pretty large, I believe is good to be here in summer time

Many of the facilities are kinda run down, and some are closed up and turned into solar farms. The rooms were a little worse for wear on the 6th floor, but acceptable and clean

The room is very nice, the view is very nice, and I feel very good when I stay here. The hotel is very considerate and gives small New Year gifts during the holidays. The dishes in the restaurant are also very delicious

The environment is very comfortable and secluded. We didn't play golf, so we didn't enjoy the hotel's course. However, we did enjoy the teppanyaki grill, which had excellent ingredients

While it can't compare to Tokyo, it's top-notch in Okinawa. When we went out, we asked the concierge to pick us up at the beach. He was responsive and provided professional service

The onsen was definitely a highlight, clean, relaxing, and well maintained, great view of Mount Fuji! The only downside was that there wasn’t a restaurant open for dinner, which would have been really convenient after a long day out

Overall, I had a great stay at Dormy Inn. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better

Other than that, everything was excellent and I would happily stay here again

This establishment is situated on the outskirts of Gotenba, a location we selected due to having a car. Navigating to this spot via public transportation might prove somewhat difficult

It’s in the middle of nowhere. Though it has been expected, but when we arrived, it is indeed Not near anything. The hotel provides shuttle service from the Kaga Onsen station.

Service: I like the attitude of the hotel waiters very much. Unfortunately, an earthquake occurred when I went there (an earthquake and tsunami occurred in Ishikawa Prefecture, Hokuriku on January 1, 2024😢)

Big hotel with onsen and warm water swimming pool. Bed is comfortable. Yet breakfast variety sounds disappointing.

This hotel is located on the north side of Lake Shibayamagata. It is on high ground so you can get a good view of Lake Shibayamagata. I recommend the Japanese cuisine for dinner

However, I could only find one power socket! It's good that I brought a power strip! Typical of Japanese hotels with Onsen / Sentō the bathroom is small - most people would use the public bath facilities to shower

The main bath was okay, there is a sauna and cold plunge pool. The front desk were very polite, efficient and could speak basic English

The location is very good - ten minutes easy walk from Tsuruoka JR train station and it's directly connected to S-Mall, so you don't even have to go outside to access the shops and restaurants in the mall

There is also a bus terminal at the mall for local buses - I caught a bus from there to Mount Haguro. The bedroom was a good size for a Japanese business hotel with a good size desk and chair

The hotel has a Japanese style bath, however it was in the annexe, so it was rather confusing the first time I tried to find it. Two of the baths were inaccessible - the door was locked

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall

The entire room was beautiful. It’s brand new and the amenities are great. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌
