The rooms are quite spacious, and the hot springs are very comfortable, with one on the 9th floor and one on B1. The open-air jacuzzi on the rooftop is incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it during winter – it's fantastic! The service is also excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

It was a wonderful stay in this Modern but yet a little traditional hotel. It is not fully a Ryokan but yet the whole hotel is on Tatami from lift lobby right to your room. The hotel is decent, but the room is a bit cramped for three adults. There's no room for luggage. The shared bathroom has a hot tub. The shared kitchen has everything you need: a kettle, tea, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

This is a semi traditional hotel. I loved the location and the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. The shower room is in an onsen. You can shower there but also enjoy the onsen if you'd like.

The front desk service was poor, the hallway was a mess with shoes everywhere, and the food wasn't good. Compared to other onsen hotels in Hirayu, you can really see the difference.

The hotel had no ramp nor elevator to move our luggage from the entrance up to the lobby level and again from our rooms on the 3rd floor, we had to lug them up and down the stairs. The toilet did not have a towel for us to dry our hands as the rail was held up by masking tape. The ceiling had discoloured patches damaged by leaks. Things were really old and not well upkeep. Very cosy ryokan, room was slightly dusty but quickly cleared up with the air purifier provided, the toilet was quite small for me but manageable.
