The room was very clean and tidy. All the staff was polite and very helpful. Good location, near to the station. The buffet breakfast was delicious with great variety. Will come again.

The rooms are quite spacious, and the hot springs are very comfortable, with one on the 9th floor and one on B1. The open-air jacuzzi on the rooftop is incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it during winter – it's fantastic! The service is also excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

The location is good and sightseeing is within walking distance. The hotel is old but clean, and there are two large public baths, including the rooftop tub bath, which was very pleasant.
I took advantage of the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of food and was all delicious. The service was also very polite. Thank you very much.

Excellent location with lots of good restaurants around. Booked the Japanese & Western style room with private bath. Having a living room with tatami matts & sitting furniture was a nice touch. The bath is excellent with proper dressing room. Will definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next visit!

What a huge and beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The onsen (hot spring) includes a Japanese-style bath, an open-air bath, and an additional tub-style onsen level. The open-air bath is beautiful with stunning scenery. The only drawback is that the hotel rooms were slightly uncleaned, but it was acceptable. Also, I would appreciate it if the onsen facilities included massage chairs; that would have been even better.

Check in very convenient when we arrived about 8pm, the staff are very friendly, helpful and speaking English. Takayama Bus Center and JR Takayama station only 5 minutes walk. Check some day tour that available from Takayama Bus Center which is very easy to join. Many restaurants nearby and souvenir shops at the main street. Big room and more than enough space to put our 2 big luggage. A bit unstable hot water from the shower but overall is no complaint and we have a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The service is very good. There is also a large bath and an open-air bath. There is a souvenir shop in the hotel, which is very convenient.

Wonderful stay in a twins room, dinner was delicious with Hida Beef and service was excellent. The outdoor public bath was nice on the roof top. Only downside is the weak air conditioning, had to open the window all night to get some fresh air.
