Pros:
🔹Free coffee and bottled water in the lobby.
🔹Good customer service.
They kept my suitcases for me since I arrived too early before check in time.
After check out, they were so kind to keep my bags even though I had to leave Hiroshima late at night.
🔹Convenience store is close to the hotel.

Cons:
🔹Room wasn’t as big as I expected.
🔹Room didn’t have soundproof walls.
I was playing music (normal volume) at night. After several minutes, I received a request from hotel not to be noisy because they received noise complaint from the neighbors.
The next day, I could hear noises (people talking and baby crying) through the walls from the next room.

I was happy that we were given amenities and even water, sports drinks, and ice cream.
However, the walls were thin and we could hear the guests next door very easily.
Also, there was dust stuck in the bathroom exhaust fan, so I would like it to be removed.

It's a bit of a walk from the hotel, but the price and breakfast are satisfactory.

I took a plan that included breakfast, and it was delicious and had a lot of variety.
The loungewear was pajama style, so I was comfortable and didn't have to worry about it getting exposed.

Anyway, the staff was kind. When I asked about the location of public transportation, he was able to tell me the location without making a disgusted face. Also, you can drink freely, and the popsicles on a hot summer day were delicious. thank you very much. It was a very good trip.

Very unassuming but nice hotel centrally located near Hiroshima Station and several key attractions, such as Hiroshima Castle and the Atom Bomb Dome. The rooms are nice and spacious by Japanese standards. If I had to complain about anything, it would be my standard response about the hard mattresses, and maybe the water pressure in the shower being a little weaker than I'd like (still works fine, just prefer higher pressure). However, neither take away from this still being a good hotel to stay at, especially with their low prices.

The hotel is very convenient for travelling. Hiroshima Castle is nearby. Fast food chain like Coco Ichibanya and Sukiya is situated within a walking distance. 7-11 and Family Mart is just opposite the hotel! Best thing is that the hotel provides free amenities (miso pack, tea, coffee, comb and shaver) free to take... Love this hotel so much :)

Good location, just walking distance to downtown, friendly staff, good amenities. On the downside, the bed isn't the most comfortable, and the bathroom is a bit dated.
