One of my favourite hotels this trip. It's older and has a 1950's Europe vibe, but they've leaned into that and maintained old style fixtures, so its very cute. It's very clean, has gorgeous views over the adjacent river (canal?), rooms are an acceptable size, bed was extremely comfortable, and bus stop is right out front with quick links to the station (1 stop) or Peace Park.
Also one of the cheapest hotels for me this trip, excellent value, and great breakfast. I wish I'd stayed longer.

We stayed here while passing through Hiroshima and were looking for something relatively close to the main tourist spots. In that sense, we made the right choice — the hotel’s location is good. The rooms are clean and more spacious than in the APA hotel chain, and you can open the window, which is also important. Although the hotel isn’t newly renovated, it doesn’t feel worn out or outdated. One downside — which may be a “minor quirky detail” for travelers not from Asia — is the very low placement of the mirror. If you’re 180–190 cm tall, it will be roughly at chest level. That said, it doesn’t affect a one-night stay at all; it’s just amusing. Keep in mind that check-in time, as is typical in Japan, is strict. You can arrive a bit early, leave your luggage, and go for a walk, but that’s about it. The breakfasts are very good, with a large and tasty selection. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 4/5.

Your typical hotel for the price range. Stayed for two nights for a trip. Room was average size for this type of hotel and clean. Had no problems with noise or wi-fi. I liked the retro style. Breakfast buffet was generous and staff was polite. There are a bus stop and a tram stop nearby.

Good location with walking distance to Hiroshima Station. Room is abit small but comfortable.

Although it was close to Hiroshima Station and the downtown area, the room was quiet and calm. It looked a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems. It was also nice to be able to relax and enjoy the river view from the window. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant hotel, right in the center of Hiroshima, less than 10 minutes from the station, and on the river. Pleasant room and very welcoming and helpful staff.
