The room was spacious and inexpensive, which was good.
However, the front desk service wasn't very good.

This was a small, cozy, and convenient hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, and I was particularly impressed by their detailed information about nearby tourist attractions when I left my luggage. Although I stayed in the annex, there was a shuttle service from the main building, making transportation smooth.

On the other hand, the TV was positioned a little too high and difficult to see, and the lack of restaurants and other amenities nearby was slightly inconvenient. Nevertheless, thanks to the warm service from the staff and the calm atmosphere, overall it was a very satisfying stay.

The entire apartment building itself is a hotel, and it was refreshing to see that each room, such as Room 201, was a guest room.
As I was staying with a friend, I booked a twin bed type, but in addition to the bed there was also a sofa and sink, so it felt like a normal one-room apartment and was spacious, which was great.
However, one thing that bothered me was that the hair dryer in the room had such a strong wind that it was difficult to dry my hair...

It was all good. It would have been nicerto be closer to center but I guess I could have checked. The only problem, there was misunderstanding with the prepayment so I got charged twice and I am waiting on Trip.com to fix the issue

It was very comfortable.
It was my first time staying at the Kannonmachi Annex, but it was clean, well-equipped, and very relaxing.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful with giving us tips on what to do in providing us with a map and timetable of the ferry. Hotel was very clean and accessible !!

✅ The hotel was good.
✅ Location is not close to railway but close to Tran/streetcar.
✅ Veey clean and today hotel.
🛑Stayed 3 nights, cleaning was only once on my last full day, not sure of the reasoning for that.
🛑 Thin glassed balcony doors, noisy to outside people and traffic.

It's a huge room for Japan, with two beds and a small living room with tatami. It's not new but it's okay. Unfortunately, it's a little far from the tram station and you need to take a bus to get there.
