The room was compact yet perfectly functional, offering a nice view of the city street. Despite being located in a convenient area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
I was impressed by the comprehensive amenities provided; they had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlight was the exceptional service from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit.
Regarding logistics, please note that the on-site parking is quite limited. If the hotel's spots are full, they offer a convenient deal where you can park at the nearby Times parking lots for a flat rate of 800 Yen. This is a great alternative that saves you from worrying about hourly fees

Hotel Crescent is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. Very professional and nice staff, even the cleaning people make an effort to manage their noise if they know someone is still sleeping in a room, which is above and beyond. The staff at Crescent kept my luggage for a long time when my return trip got delayed which was a huge relief. The lobby gives such a unique atmosphere, it's at once august and stately, like one of the grand art deco hotels of the past era, but it also has a fun little gift shop area and a cafe, so it feels relaxed. Crescent is just a really friendly place where you don't have to worry about anything. Their website explains their "Kaizen" philosophy, which now is a famous Japanese management philosophy of continuous improvement in each area. It really shows at this hotel. This is the kind of hotel you end up becoming a better person because the staff is so professional and kind. Thank you for a great stay and for being one of my favorite places in Japan :)

The room is spacious, but the facilities are a bit old! Toothbrushes and disposable items are available in the lobby. The room is soundproofed and has a humidifier.

The station is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient for shopping and traveling.

Although it was a little far from the nearest station, it was within walking distance and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was in a convenient location.
The building seemed to have been used for many years, but the room equipment was still in use and didn't feel particularly old. The only disappointing thing was that there was black mold on the walls and shower curtain of the unit bathroom, and especially on the wall around the mirror. I thought it would have been more comfortable if they had cleaned it a little more thoroughly.
