Smile Hotel Asahikawa in Asahikawa

The rooms were not much of a problem except for the lack of amenities provided. We had ordered a room for three and they decided to put in an extra bed in a two person room but without the extra share if amenities.

Cons: their map is vague. They do not write it in English; poor landmark locations and sorely lacking in other nearby hotels and drugstores as well as restaurants. It does not seem to have been updated in a long time. We had walked in a circle before we finally resorted to trying to compare the words written on the map on those written on the other buildings.
