Petit Hotel Melon in Furano

Refreshing quaint little place situated off the center of town. Manned by courteous staff. Enjoyed our stay here.

Not the best location or amenities, nor the cleanest or most modern facilities but more than acceptable for the price. Shared showers were huge and quite nice. Rooms were reasonably sized and good air con, although beds weren't the most comfortable. However the staff here are amazing. When we visited there were 2 young guys working. They had fantastic english skills and were really hospitable. These guys love their jobs and love communicating with guests and really made our short stay here an enjoyable experience. The place is quite cozy so I imagine it might get a little noisy during peak season, but if you're visiting during off-peak like we did I would really recommend this place especially if you wanted a chance to socialise with other travelers and hotel staff. If we are back in Furano would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice small hotel. Nice location, Close to Gondola, only 50 meters to Furano Snow School. The building like new, warm in winter. Staff friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms made it the perfect place for a ski vacation. Good value for money for the breakfast and the 8 to 9 on happy hour provided a great opportunity to socialize with other guests.

as the title says it's definitely petit. Shared areas are quite cramped but the rooms are spacious. Very close to the ski field gondola. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic eggs, toast and bananas but a good start to the day nonetheless.
