Really nice place to stay and ski 🎿. Good breakfast and comfortable room and amenities.

Very nice place and Nice breakfast! Free parking space infront of hotel. Only 5min drive to Ningle Terrace. The hotel with a small onsen. The only thing to take note is there is no elevator to second floor, have to use staircase and carry the travel case to the upper level.

The hotel is a bit old and probably is time to do some renovation. You need to have a car to drive there as it is not very convenient if you do not have car and rely on public transport..if you have big luggage, is better to request to stay in ground floor as there is no life and you need to carry the big luggage yourself going up to narrow staircase.

This hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out.
THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!!
I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life.

- Close to the ski area.
- Room insulation isn't great; you can hear people walking on the second floor and conversations outside.
- The bedroom is spacious.
- The air purifier has quite a bit of dust.

- No drinking water provided.

Nice resort to stay, surrounded with beautiful environment & nice view.. The resort & room very clean and really worth it for your stay.. the bestt to stay when you come to Furano

The room is very spacious — the biggest one I’ve stayed in throughout my trip in Hokkaido! Parking is free and conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The resort staff are very nice and welcoming. I don’t remember her name, but the Indonesian lady at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. I totally recommend this resort!

This is a truly wonderful hotel, located in a very convenient area. One of the highlights is the breakfast—it’s delicious, fresh, clean, and full of the authentic taste of Hokkaido. My stay here was impressive, and I definitely want to come back again. If I return to Hokkaido, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.
There’s plenty of parking, the bathroom amenities are fully equipped, and the staff provide excellent service. Some staff members can also communicate in English, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Everything was simply perfect.
