Modest accomodations. Great service. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Great outdoor onsen with one big pool and two individual tubs. Iron rich mineral bath inside and outside. Water is as hot as Beppu.

There is also a selection of onsen pools that exceeds expectation given that the space is small. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hokkaido

The rooms are tiny but the service and facilities are excellent. The rooftop onsen is wonderful especially in winter if you can brave the cold and claim flights of stairs up

Good price with a hot spring, the location isn't the most convenient but still within a 10 mins walk to the bus/train stops we needed to use. The rooms looked a little bit outdated but have all you'd need

Pillows in room were a little hard with some sort of grain in them (may have good postural pillows, though) BUT there is a pillow menu in the hotel lobby if you wish to change your pillows

However we saw they provided free milk for guess in the fridge but we have never got it for 3 nights

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so I couldn't switch immediately

The room size is decent, but the facilities are a bit old and there's a slight odor. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a subway station nearby. It's a short walk to drag luggage through the snow.

Extremely satisfied with this stay. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and since I don't smoke at all, I'm quite sensitive to the smell of smoke. I asked the front desk to help me switch to a non-smoking room

The service was excellent, and the breakfast and the complimentary parfait delivered in the evening were delicious. It's also very close to the station.

We could deposit our baggage 1 night since we stayed 2 nights and went somewhere else 1 night and came back to stayed one more night

Tiny, but designed with spatial efficiency in mind. Clean and modern and quiet and comfortable. For the location my nightly rate was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in the center of suskino. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy cheap place to stay in Sapporo.

Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!

Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step

The place was very neat and clean. It was situated conveniently near the station so transportation with Sapporo was very easy. There were a lot of good food around jt too and above all, the staff were very accommodating.

The room was clean and tidy, perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The breakfast was quite good; even though the dishes were the same every day, they tasted great and offered excellent value for money

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Susukino Subway Station Exit 4, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, so the location is decent. The front desk staff spoke good English

Clean easy and convenient. A bit aged and a bit of city noise. Its close to the shopping district and lots of restaurants around. Room is typical Japanese size.

The hotel had already turned off the air conditioning in early October, so we had to open the window, but it was very windy outside in the middle of the night

The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, the windows overlooked the street, and the rooms were clean.

The front desk staff were really helpful. They offer a complimentary bar and you can even make your own bath bombs, which was a fun touch. The room was super comfortable, making for a great overall experience

This location is right in the heart of everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, and they also offer unlimited drinks at the lobby. We had a wonderful 6-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it.

The location is very convenient, breakfast is decent, and the room size is acceptable. Plus, the hotel has a complimentary lounge, which is a nice bonus.

Great location! There's a McDonald's to the front right, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just behind the hotel, which is super convenient.

Spacious room, friendly price, convenient location. I'll definitely be back next time.

Room was decently sized, however very dark. Needs more lights. Overall a good stay

It's located in the center of town, making it easy to get around. There's a convenience store right in front, which is convenient for shopping at night.

The rooms are small, but affordable. It has everything you need for your stay, wifi included. The staff is very professional and spoke english when I had some problems understanding.

It's near the JR Sapporo station and bus station. Also, the staff is quite nice and know to speak a little bit English. The room is tidy.

Pretty good location. Nicely decorated. The rooms are small, too small. I can't a place to open my travel suitcase.

Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.

I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room

It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen

Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money. Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room

Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.

This hotel is within walking distance of Sapporo Station. There is also the Sapporo Clock Tower nearby. The facilities are old, but there is no problem if you are just staying overnight

You will have plenty of options to choose hotel nearby sapporo station or odori station. Both location is strategic. My piece of advise is to choose within 100-200m from the nearby station to those like to walk.

Great stay! The location was super convenient, the room was clean, and everything felt easy and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Firstly, this is my second time for me to stay in this hotel, the location is not far from JR Sapporo and convenient store. The room is ok as standard Japanese hotel. Secondly, the breakfast is really good

And the breakfast buffet is amazing! They serve seafood bowls and tempura, and alcohol from the morning! You can enjoy shochu, wine, and Nikka whiskey from Hokkaido

The air conditioning looks new, so I wasn't worried about being cold while sleeping during my winter stay

Spacious compare with other city hotels. Staff are helpful and pleasant. A convenience store is nearby and no restaurants are around. However, short walk to Susukino where lot of eateries.

The hotel is about a 5-7 minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station Exit 3. If there's snow and you have a lot of luggage, it might take a bit longer. The hotel seems to have been renovated

The standard business room is small, as expected for a Japanese hotel, but it's very comfortable. There was no room cleaning during my stay, but fresh towels were provided daily

The hotel is great! The front desk service was excellent. They were very enthusiastic about helping guests solve problems and were always polite

They'd greet everyone they met with a "Good morning," which made for a really pleasant experience

The hotel is located at the most strategic area in Sapporo. From here, you can take the public transport, either the tram or the bus to the railway station and from there, travel all across Hokkaido or Sapporo

The WiFi in the room is just amazing and the bed is comfortable. It has a sofa and I used it to set my luggage on. The hotel provide slippers to use as they provide vending machine and microwave at the lobby

I had the two-single bed room and it has all the facilities to make our stay a great one. It has the electric kettle and tea

Stayed for five consecutive days, the hotel looks old, the door is opened with a key, it has a sense of age. The hotel has all the necessary facilities. The hotel staff's English is not very good

It is recommended to use a translator to communicate more. The breakfast is OK, I recommend ordering Western food, and you can drink as much as you want, including coffee, tea, juice, etc

You need to set the functions manually, and if you don't pick up the clothes on time after washing, you need to call the front desk to pick them up because it will automatically lock

The stay was good, but I didn't expect the washing machine in this hotel to be so abstract

The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, the location was good, and it was convenient for eating out.

Coupled with the 60-year-old enthusiastic old man at the front desk, and the remote location, listen to me, if you travel in Sapporo, it is better to stay near Tanukikoji

For the price, getting breakfast included is an amazing deal! They don't clean the room every day, but they do empty the trash and change towels (just leave them by the door). I actually prefer this kind of service

This place is near Kita-Juni-Jo Station. It's a bit of a walk from Hakodate Station, but if the weather's bad, you can just take the subway. The staff are very polite and friendly

It's so small that it's hard to even open a carry-on suitcase, and the bathroom is tiny too. But for this price, it's totally acceptable! 🥰 Satisfied

Convenient location and walking distance to Sapporo JR station. Staff spoke limited english but were genuinely sweet and friendly. Will book again.

All in all, it's a hotel I'd definitely stay at again! However, if you can't stand super small rooms, then I wouldn't recommend it

I felt the warmth of family in a foreign country. The room is very Japanese-style, and the bath is also very comfortable. It eliminates the fatigue of the day and experiences a different feeling
