Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money.
Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room. I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room. I imagine a non-smoking room would be much better.
Service: The service attitude was also very good. Overall, I can give it a high rating.

Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.

Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.

This was my second stay here. It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen. The best part is the afternoon tea 🍵 – it's perfect for sipping coffee ☕ and relaxing. Definitely avoid the smoking rooms; they smell terrible and haven't been renovated. Plus, they're smaller than the single rooms and about 100 yen more expensive, which isn't worth it. However, the location is great for getting around on the Namboku Line (green line).

Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

Here's an exterior shot of the hotel, taken from my room window. Its fantastic location, close to both the subway station and a commercial street, offers a peaceful retreat amidst the urban buzz. While the rooms are typically Japanese — compact and exquisitely designed — I believe it absolutely holds its own against even top Chinese hotels like Atour in all other aspects. The room rates also reflect the caliber of guests it attracts. Both the Western buffet breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea were quite impressive.
