The room size is decent, but the facilities are a bit old and there's a slight odor. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a subway station nearby. It's a short walk to drag luggage through the snow.

staff were every kind. We could deposit our baggage 1 night since we stayed 2 nights and went somewhere else 1 night and came back to stayed one more night. However we saw they provided free milk for guess in the fridge but we have never got it for 3 nights

The room was very hot and stuffy in winter, with no ventilation (not even in the toilet/bathroom). The room had no windows and no air conditioning, only central heating that couldn't be switched to a cooling or ventilation mode. We were baking every day and woke up extremely dry. Aside from the room issues, everything else was great.

This hotel is rather old-fashioned, but the service is good, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast and complimentary coffee are provided.

The hotel room stank and the bed wasn't clean at all. It was a really bad experience. Plus, parking at this hotel was more expensive than next door, which I truly don't understand. The soundproofing was also terrible; I could hear people talking in the next room.

Location was so far ok, but could be closer to main interesting locations in the city.
The offered parking lots are just made for small cars, bigger ones have to park at the opposite side of the road. The cost is poorly not covered by the hotel!
Breakfast could have more options as well.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast and the complimentary parfait delivered in the evening were delicious. It's also very close to the station.

Extremely satisfied with this stay.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, and since I don't smoke at all, I'm quite sensitive to the smell of smoke. I asked the front desk to help me switch to a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so I couldn't switch immediately. I was disappointed and went back to my room, but about ten minutes later, the front desk attendant called to say a non-smoking room had become available and I could switch right away. I'm so grateful!

Also, the restaurant offered free limited-edition parfaits in the evenings (and luckily, I got to have one every night!).

It's very close to Nakajima Park! Just a three-minute walk!

Really great! The hotel is exceptionally clean; it's been a long time since I stayed somewhere this spotless. The front desk service was excellent, and it's very close to the station. There's a duty-free shop right downstairs, and the bus stop is right outside the door.

Great value for a solo traveller! The rooms were clean, stocked often, and the hotel was very near Nakajima-koen station which is great if you want to go to Susukino and Odori.
