After spending a few days playing golf at a house just beyond Yumesaki in Osaka, my husband and I visited Yuyake Koyake several times before heading back to Osaka. It used to be a relaxing place to stay, but last year on my birthday I had a sad experience of how awful it was. The fridge in my room was empty of the drinks that had been there before, so I had to go to a different floor to get my own drink (bottled beer). Even though I chose "quality over quantity" for dinner, it was not tasty. When I returned to my room, there was no beer in the fridge either, so I drank the shochu I had ordered for dinner. Even though I ordered beer from the room, they didn't bring it to me, so I spent my birthday feeling rather bad, couldn't sleep, and left early the next morning without eating breakfast. I will never again visit Yuyake Koyake, which has become a business hotel.

The service is terrible. I arrived at about 10pm. As I had a lot of luggage, I asked the waiter to help with the luggage, but he refused. During this trip, I left an electric toothbrush, but I asked the waiter in the message, but he ignored me. I think this is the worst experience I have had in so many hot spring hotels in Japan.

The public onsen is large, with a wide variety of options. It's very clean, and the food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It feels like a vacation. However, I found an iron nail in the bathtub in my room, but luckily I didn't get hurt. Hotels should be more careful...

The double room comes with a private onsen bath, which is very convenient and comfortable! The dinner and breakfast for the two-meal package were both delicious and exquisite. The large bath was also very comfortable. You can even watch Netflix on the TV using your own account!

My wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

Every detail is exquisite, a picture of tranquility. Excellent dining, hot springs, and rooms. Ideal for road trips.

The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including numerous entertainment options and a KTV bar. The rooms are spacious and clean, and one side appears to be pet-friendly, so pet owners can stay there. This hotel is ideal for families with children.
