I don’t remember I have anything to complaint about.

Satisfying experience under any aspects. The room is spacious and clean. Very easy access and not too noisy. The bath is very comfortable and you can use the washer machine in case of necessity. I'll recommend it for short business trips or family excursions.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to access everywhere

Booked two rooms. Had daily breakfast. Delightful. Will come back all over again. Hopefully they do start to provide more amenities like in the past. It's a hassle now we have to ask from the reception. And so many things are payable or not available. :(

Very good and excellent in service

Location wise : I think really a bit far from subway station, especially if we are doing day trips to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Distance walk to dotonbori consider ok.

Service : I book this hotel is because I thought is hotel service which provides daily cleaning but daily cleaning is just fixing bed sheets, if want to change bedsheet or wash toilets, there will be extra fees.

Amenities : Honestly I think this is the lousiest hotel base on amenities. I stayed here for 5 nights but I’m only given 2 disposable toothbrush, we have to get toothpaste from the reception every night as it is not provided in the hotel, water also not provided.

Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again

It’s a wonderful little hotel which is cosy and very close to doutonbori. First time in Osaka and it was awesome being so close to everything. Good water pressure in the shower, clean and very friendly staff. Would definitely come again

Room is large l, clean and comfortable. The room’s design is proper. There are 2 chairs and a small table in the room for you to eat comfortably. The hotel provides high quality ReFa shower head. Breakfast is simply but rich.

Excellent hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony offering great views of Osaka. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, and gas stove. It's truly amazing to find such a satisfying hotel at this price.

18.11.2025 Guest

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine and microwave, perfect for families. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and we found the location convenient for exploring during our two-day stay.
