KRR Hotel Osaka is perfectly located in the heart of the city. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the room was elegant, comfortable, and well-equipped with complete amenities. The lobby and reception area are spacious and impressive, and the staff were awesome—very welcoming and helpful.

The buffet breakfast at their 12th-floor restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide variety of sumptuous food choices, plus a beautiful view overlooking Osaka Castle.

Two small suggestion for improvement: it would be great if they could provide a weighing scale suitable for luggage. And a bell boy to assist clients. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

This is my first visit to Japan and it has been a fantastic one 😀
Matsumi and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and approachable, giving very good advice and directions on how to move around with the trains and multiple stations in between 👍
The shuttle service and drivers are very punctual and friendly and made the short rides to the station a pleasant journey all the time ✨️
The room is excellent , clean and with a great view of the osaka castle ✨️
Had a very very relaxing and comfortable stay in Osaka and definitely one of the best holidays so far ✨️
A big shout out to the pleasant staff in KKR who made this holiday a memory of a life time ❤️
Definitely looking forward to coming back to Osaka and this would be my go-to hotel if I do ❤️

This is my 2nd time in Osaka, 3rd time in Japan…and I just discovered this hotel by chance when researching the area.

I think this hotel is a hidden gem, especially with Osaka Castle Views hotel rooms! You can enjoy the 5-star view without the 5-star price tag (2 people for 1 night is approx. ¥36,112 or £175)
They also have friendly, English-speaking concierge for a fantastic stay.

Maybe because it's a 3-star hotel, there was no bellboy to help our luggages to our room, but they do have a trolley that you can borrow.

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the Osaka Castle Tower, very close to the subway station and JR tram station, and there is a free shuttle bus! The view from the 11th floor is very good. I will stay here again next time I have the chance!

Facilities: The room is quite big, and it is not noisy even if you live on a high floor, because the hotel is close to the elevated exit.
Hygiene: Clean and fresh, the bathroom is an integrated design, small but complete.
Environment: It was cherry blossom season when I went there, the cherry blossoms in Osaka Castle Park were so beautiful, and the hotel lobby was very grand.
Service: I think the best thing is the shuttle bus to and from the subway entrance, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very delicious, and the dining environment is comfortable and you can see Osaka Castle Park.

Just opposite Osaka Castle, the view outside the window is great, the room is clean and quiet, the facilities are all there, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the view of the breakfast restaurant is great. There is a shuttle bus to take guests to the nearby subway station, which is also very convenient.

Rooms were nice and clean with a great view of the castle. 10-15min walk to the subway station, but there's a small shuttle bus that drives to the station often. Staff was nice and you can take some free amenities such as a toothbrush.

Perfect Osaka Castle view at breakfast, but you cannot sit where you want. The breakfast’s quality is also good.
Coin laundry is convenient.
Shuttle to and from Morinomiya Station is perfect.
