Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba in Osaka

Location very good next to Dotonbori, and very near to Nippombashi metro. Nearby got kombini, drugstore as well. Downside is can be a bit noisy and waiting long for lift as there are many travellers in this hotel. Not sure if the AC was working or not since it was winter, the room was warm.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offers a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. Everything is well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel provides almost everything guests might need — even small details like hair ties are available.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Nipponbashi Metro Station. Traveling to Nara is very convenient as there’s no need to change trains, and Namba Station is also within walking distance.

After check-out, guests can still store their luggage at the hotel. They provide a luggage tag number, which makes the process secure and easy.

Although the room is small (typical for Japan), it is well-equipped with complete amenities and everything is functional. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greet guests with a smile.

Overall, this hotel is great value for money with an excellent location and service. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Osaka, especially around the Namba area.

Room is clean and cozy. Location is very convenient. Near to metro abd major attractions. Amenities were provided. Provided options whether to do room cleaning or just change of towels, which is a total respect for privacy. For removing trash only, just leave the trash bin outside the room. The staffs will clean it and place the clean bin outside the room. But just a small recommendation on this, perhaps turn the trash bin upside down after cleaning, otherwise will have other guests threw their rubbish into the cleaned bin.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, about a two-minute walk, and there are many duty-free shops nearby, satisfying all your shopping needs. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and polite, making for a fantastic experience!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get there from the airport by train or bus. Both check-in and check-out are self-service. The staff were friendly and helpful, storing our luggage for us. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with amenities and a decent size. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Great location, close to metro station and dotonbori. Staffs are helpful. The room was small but functional, extension cords are available which is very convenient. The corridor smells of cigarettes but not in the room.

Highly recommended this hotel to whoever plan to visit Osaka for the very first time. This hotel is in most strategic location, walk 200m is Dotonburi, 400m is Shinsaibashi, 500m to Osaka Namba station.
We stayed for 4 nights and basically all best foods place are within walking distance. So highly recommended, 9.5/10 rating

Super strategic location - nearby dotonburi and Kuromon market. But the hotel has been around for abit I believe(alittle old but room looks revamped and clean), space is small, opening two luggage is a challenge.

The room was nice and quite clean. If you like quiet and want to be far from the elevator, make sure to tell the front desk, and they'll arrange it for you. Then, you just need to select a few buttons at the self-service machine.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. I came here for a few day trips, and their parking is right across from the hotel. The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi right to the right. It's a bit of a walk to Namba Station, but otherwise, everything was perfect. It was also reasonably clean.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, very close to Nihonbashi subway station and the Dotonbori-Shinsaibashi pedestrian street. The staff are friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offers a great variety. The room's decor and layout are aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities you could need are provided!
