Very good. It’s quite new, standard as per any biz hotel in japan. I would say much better than the APa chain. Onsen is nice too. Location pretty central if you heading to Osaka station or the biz area around. tons of food nearby.

The room was pretty standard, but having a hot spring bath available was amazing, especially after a long concert! Despite my flight delay, check-in was super quick. I saw the note about needing to request room cleaning in advance, which I think is perfectly fine if you're mindful of it. Plus, they were great about replacing towels and such if you hung them on the door, which is perfect for someone with a chaotic schedule like mine. 😁 Breakfast was simple yet plentiful. A big shoutout to the front desk for helping me receive a large package 📦 – my last KK box! The transportation was convenient, and the area was nice and quiet. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Osaka.

It was clean and comfortable! They take care of every detail and the staff is kind and helps you in every moment! With out doubt I will come back to this hotel again.

Nice and clean, though when I went into the women's onsen in the morning, 2 men came in and just apologised in Japanese.

Perfect as usual. Clean and east to find. Close to metro station short walk from yodaibashi station

The hotel is conveniently located, with all major business districts accessible via the same metro line. It's very quiet at night. The lobby offers complimentary coffee in the mornings and afternoons. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, and free of any odors. They also provide hot spring services.

I stayed here in 2019. It's a relatively old hotel, but the location, service, and quietness are absolutely fantastic. I thought I'd dislike it, but it completely won me over. (Didn't take any photos, only of breakfast).

Great hotel with lovely staff and easy check in/ out process. Near 2 metro stations which makes travelling into the city easy.
