Shin-Osaka Station Hotel in Osaka

This hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the East Exit (South) of Shin-Osaka Station. Since most of my business trips to Osaka are around the East Exit, its proximity to both the station and my workplace is incredibly convenient.

The staff here are exceptionally kind. Each room is supposed to have its own Wi-Fi, but for some reason, the Wi-Fi for my room wasn't showing up. I called the front desk late at night, and they promptly and politely assisted me.

Breakfast is Western-style. They offer a great variety of breads, which makes choosing fun. I stayed for two nights and couldn't try every single one, but some options change daily, so it wouldn't get boring even on longer stays.

As for amenities, it would have been perfect for me if they just had skincare products. The amenity bar had toothbrushes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties, body towels, combs, and several items for children. There was also a water dispenser in the laundry room at the back (I didn't use it, but the washing machines are paid, though detergent is provided).

The disposable slippers in the room are incredibly plush! Haha.

The main advantages are the price and its proximity to the train station; the facilities are decent. Breakfast is a buffet with a limited selection, but the coffee is quite good.

The location is convenient, right next to ShinOsaka station, hotel amenities are clean and the staff is friendly.

Next to Shin Osaka station , very convenient. Room reasonable size and buffet breakfast has reasonable choices. Only drawback to me in s the toothbrush too hard.

The hotel is beautiful. Located just 5 mins walk from train station. The room is spacious . The breakfast is nice. The only downside is you can hear noise when train pass by.

Great location if you wanna be near the shinkansen station. A convenient store near by and rental car as well. It is very easy to access and excellent room for family with babies.

Book this place again for a short trip to Osaka and Kobe. Love the location and the staff was nice and the room was spacious for 2 people

Very modern hotel ans beautiful design. Its easy to reach the expo from there.
