Cozy room, very convenient location

Self check in n collect the room key quickly.  The buffet breakfast is ok n I can eat all fully.  No room service is required.  The hotel price is value.

Best location! Very near to the train station. Good food and good view.

You can always trust Toyoko Inn, they rarely go wrong. Cleanliness and comfort are guaranteed. The only minor issue is the limited number of power outlets.

I've stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent and convenient: it's about 600 meters from JR Shin-Osaka Station, which isn't too far. If you choose a hotel right next to the station, light sleepers might be bothered by train noise, but the Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka East Exit is very quiet. Shin-Osaka Station has Shinkansen lines, making inter-city travel quick and easy. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, along with restaurants, and less than 2 km away is a larger supermarket popular with locals, open until midnight. The rooms are clean and tidy, the linens are new, and the kettle is scale-free. Toiletries, skincare products, and tea bags like matcha and plum tea powder are available for self-service in the lobby. There are also washing machines, microwaves, and vending machines. The mini-fridge in the room even has a small freezer compartment, and a power strip with various outlets and plugs is provided. The basic amenities are all there, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. When I couldn't book a non-smoking room, I just added a note for 'smoke treatment,' and the hotel truly respects guest requests – the smoking room had almost no smoke smell. All the hotel staff are polite and enthusiastic, greeting guests warmly as they come and go and providing detailed answers to all inquiries. The stay includes breakfast, which offers a good variety: rice, rice balls, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and three kinds of soup, plus coffee, fruit drinks, and hot water. I'm very satisfied with this hidden gem of a hotel.

If you taking public transport, will have to walk around 5-10mins. Overall is good.

Facilities: Two single beds, enough space for luggage. There's also a side table, but it's really tight.

Cleanliness: Relatively clean.

Environment: Convenient for taking the subway, there's a major station and a smaller one nearby.

Service: Breakfast is provided and quite tasty, though some dishes were cold. The staff's English isn't very fluent, but they do have a translator.

The service was excellent, and all the staff were very dedicated and helpful. They have a great service-minded attitude and truly care about the customers. The atmosphere felt warm and like being part of a family. The management of breakfast service was well-organized. Meals were quickly replenished, ensuring everything was fresh and available. Overall, a fantastic experience in every aspect!

A very nice hotel, conveniently located very close to Shin-Osaka Station. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The rooms at Toyoko Inn are also very well-equipped, and breakfast is included. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
