Like the spacious room and location is close to the MTR station. There are convenient stores nearby and the room is very clean and chic.

This beautiful hotel is clean and tidy, with all the essentials. The spacious and bright room is a real treat. Its excellent location near the metro station but also it is easy to reach all the main attractions on foot.

The only thing I didn’t like it was the air conditioning. Even though I’ve set the fan speed to high, after some time it will turn slow by itself. Not all staff greets you when you come in. Nonetheless, very cozy atmosphere and you can order bottled water for free, they will send to your room.

We were assigned to a room with small and opaque windows (“no view”) which was different from the advertisement and room that we signed up for. Be careful if you would like to stay in this hotel.

Excellent location near metro stations and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping and restaurants — great for sightseeing and food.

Every time I come to Osaka, I stay at this hotel. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street. Inside the hotel, the microwave, washing machine, ice maker, and coffee machine are all fully equipped. One of the staff members speaks Chinese. It's about an 8-minute walk to Shinsaibashi.

With 2 queen size bed , me and my family sleep very well every night . Very nice hotel , highly recommended, it only about 10-15 mins walk to shinsaibaishi shopping area .

There is a free coffee and drink station available near reception from morning to night.

Also 3 qr code payment laundry machine available , you can check the laundry status from the tv in your room. Which is very convenient.

The location is superb, rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of dining choices nearby. It's also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. The lobby service was excellent. They provide complimentary coffee and lemonade daily, along with free facial masks and skincare products. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room perfectly matched the description and photos. For a relatively central location in Osaka, the size was impressively spacious – there was easily enough room to fully open two or three suitcases. The nearest subway station is also conveniently close, just a two or three-minute walk across the street. My only minor complaint would be the carpeted floor; I personally would have preferred wooden flooring.
