Kanto region, Tokyo, 1-9-1 Higashi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku 🧭 Map
We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The view remained impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. We needed packing tape, and they delivered two large rolls, which was a very thoughtful touch ❤️....
Great hotel. Loved the service. It’s looks a little dated but still works for us. It’s a bit far from Ginza. Had to walk about 20 minutes in the cold
Decent overall. Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find.
Perfect experience with excellent view of nearby top business district. Conrad has always been delivering the best travel experience with their signature sky floor experiences.
The view was excellent, the staff were very nice and helpful. The facilities in the room was just a bit old
Enjoy stay in Cornad when we were in Tokyo, good service and nice breakfast. My kid also enjoyed his time in Swimming pool. Will come back again!

Kanto region, Tokyo, 3-13-1 Takanawa 🧭 Map
Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.
Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.
We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. They changed the...
The room was spacious and nice, though the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast selection was limited.
The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The environment was quiet and beautiful.
I stayed here with my friends for a luxurious 'hokansu' (hotel vacation). The bathroom was spacious, and having two large mirrors made it really convenient for us girls to get ready. We booked a plan with breakfast, but we woke up late and missed the last order at Sakura Tower. However, we were able to have breakfast at the neighboring Takanawa without any extra charge, which was a lifesaver! It was...

We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too. I really enjoyed the room with a terrace – the view was incredible as there was nothing obstructing it.
Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi. Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! After querying, they brought us another 1/4 duck with skin and meat, but we were charged for...
Excellent location. Impeccable services. Room with balcony is to die for in Tokyo
This hotel is an above average 5 star hotel in experience, facilities and most of all its people. Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel. Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre. Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. The best water pressure from...

Good service, clean and modern with nice view over the Harbour
It’s nice and rare to have an electronic piano (Casio) in the room.
The service is really nice Breakfast was amazingly good
Overall was ok, location was good. Just few employees love to give funny faces to foreigners.
Excellent! The staff were all very patient and attentive. I really enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby a few times. The room size was good, and while the gym was a bit small, it was clean. The location is superb. Highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo.

Kanto region, Tokyo, 2 Chome-10-8 Sekiguchi, Bunkyo, 112-8680 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
A truly excellent experience. From the guest rooms to the lobby, all the services made guests feel right at home. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and comfortably warm. I will definitely be coming back.
The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture. The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details...
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. Otherwise, everything was great
This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Kanto region, Tokyo, 2-10-3 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku 🧭 Map
My husband and I were very happy with the room layout and the overall service. We even received pastries and small gifts for our New Year's Day check-in. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Tokyo.
I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling...
I personally feel that the Capitol Hotel Tokyu offers the best value for money among Tokyo's luxury hotels. Safety is, of course, a given, located in the very heart of the government district. Getting around is incredibly convenient, with direct access to Tameike-sanno Station. This station is rarely crowded, making commuting easy and stress-free. For shopping, you can take the Ginza Line directly...
The hotel's overall scent, which was replicated in the rooms, had a slight spicy note that I wasn't a big fan of. It wasn't crowded and was very quiet. The location was also excellent. You can access the subway directly from the hotel's B2 level, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's just one stop from Akasaka Station, and you can easily walk to its commercial street for dining. I originally...
Having enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene...
Located right next to the Prime Minister's residence, the security here is, understandably, top-notch. However, dining options within walking distance are quite scarce, with only a single Chinese noodle shop available. The swimming pool is rather small, meaning guests often have to take turns. On the upside, direct access to a subway station downstairs makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient.

Booked directly through Marriott on points Status: Titanium I have read many amazing things about this hotel, but honestly, it fell a bit short of my expectations. I had a wonderful stay here, and it was a big highlight of my trip to Tokyo. The location is great and near many train lines, allowing you to go to many places around the city. Super hotel. Very nice club lounge. Nice cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. Great views on higher floors. Superb breakfast buffet with international specialties. Helpful staff. Walkable from Metro and train station, but shuttle available.
I've stayed here a few times and also visited others staying here, so I've been quite familiar with the property over the years. It's an excellent location for access to Haneda Airport and also Tokyo's Yamanote Line and the Shinkansen network. The only disappointment was that there was no lounge on the upper floors.
The hotel room is relatively large, the breakfast is very good, the location is also good, there is a shuttle bus to Shinagawa Station
Breakfast: The salad was fresh and the rice was delicious and satisfying.
The hotel facilities are good, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to Shinagawa Subway Station, which is very convenient. There are not many commercial shopping nearby. The hotel is right next to a beautiful park. There is also a FamilyMart convenience store inside the hotel, which is very convenient. Centrally located in Roppongi, with a high-end Midtown shopping mall right downstairs. This area sees fewer tourists compared to Ginza and is popular among local affluent residents, with a well-developed dining scene. The hotel itself features classic and traditional decor.
perfect location, wonderful service, but the hotel is getting a bit old now… could use a renovation.
Luxury and quite expensive hotel, large and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the city landscape; maybe you'd expect for that price a better breakfast buffet.

For Japan, the room size is quite generous. It's close to the station, making travel convenient. You can walk to various restaurants and shops, and it's also easy to get to the city center.
Customer services can make more improvement
Everything was great except for the slightly small room. I especially loved the design of the atrium and the entrance to the mall – it was very atmospheric and relaxing. The front desk service was also very friendly, and breakfast was good.
The room was better than expected, the breakfast was extensive, and the transportation was convenient. From the Shinkansen exit at Shinagawa Station, turn right and walk about 100 meters across the pedestrian bridge to the building entrance. Take the elevator from the end of the corridor up to the hotel lobby!
A true five-star hotel. Pros: Convenient location, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station via a skybridge. The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious (for Japan), clean, and the service is excellent. Drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and you can check out at 12 PM or even a bit later. The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃. It's also conveniently located, making it quick to get to Ginza and other Tokyo shopping areas, with plenty of popular local eateries nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent.

Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! The standard of Hyatt staff service is excellent as before, this time was very impressed the Executive Assistant Manager paid personal attention ! Overall, rooms are average but room rates are charged too high !
The service is very average, the environment is good except for the night view, the price is too expensive, there are very few Chinese services, and they don't pay attention to Chinese tourists.
1. After the epidemic, hotel prices in Tokyo are really scary. 2. I stayed here once before on a business trip. This time, I felt that the overall service quality was not as good as before. The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The quality of staff varies. 3. Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.
The service can be said to be the ceiling of the industry, meticulous and thoughtful without leaving any trace. I stayed in the hotel for a long time. I often drank tea and drank in the room and looked at the scenery, but I never saw the cleaning staff. However, they cleaned up twice a day. Very detailed. There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient...
Needless to say, let’s catch up on the memories before the renovation. The details and aesthetics are still great. The facilities and furniture are nothing to say for a hotel that has been open for 30 years. It will be temporarily closed for renovation in May 2024. Looking forward to a new life!

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Ginza, perfect for a short stay in Tokyo. It's great for shopping and close to everything. The room was small, and there was construction noise nearby starting early in the morning.
Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request
The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Ginza, making it super convenient for taxis and late-night snacks. The only issue was the construction site right next door; they started drilling at 8 AM, which was a real pain.
The location is superb, right in the heart of Ginza as soon as you step out of the hotel. Everything else was pretty good, the only minor complaint I have is that the cleanliness could be improved.
Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Stylish and minimalist Ambiance: Elegant Service: Warm and welcoming
Love the interior of the hotel. The vibrant colour found at each floor, the colour at the lobby lounge...  The area reserve for hotel guest at the lobby level is thoughtful and comfortable. The classic pac man and Space invader station is so classic and free!  Location wise is perfect.

Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent especially thoughtful was the way they surprised our daughter with complimentary sweets and gifts. The room was comfortable overall, though the shower box in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner....
For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. The location was also great, not far from the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store right outside. The area is surrounded by office buildings, so you see a lot of busy workers. There are also many izakayas nearby, which gave me a glimpse into Japanese after-work life. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo
