Facilities: You can tell the room was recently renovated with a lovely wooden Japanese aesthetic. The warm yellow light strip along the window really brightens up the entire space. The only minor downside is the bathroom counter, which is a bit small and makes it hard to fit personal items for two people.

Cleanliness: Unfortunately, there were beard trimmings from the previous guest in the bathroom drawer and a cleaner's hair on the floor. By Japanese standards, the cleanliness was just average.

Perfect location to end our 9 days visit to Japan. The Hotel is close to Shinjuku station, if you find the exit :). Staff is lovely. The lounge on the 45 floor for Premier Plaza guest is amazing. Food and service is excellent. The room is nice and bright, We would return here defensively.

Just a few steps from the bright lights of Shinjuku this hotel is a gem of Tokyo - my second stay here. Amazing breakfast and if you book Grand Premier the lounge is outstanding.

Premier Grand is worth the money and feels like proper 5 star service. Staff were really helpful and the 45th floor lounge was great for a drink before going out. Location is really great with close proximity to Shinjuku station. Room was great and amenities were very nice. Also went up to the SkyTree on the 47th floor and were happily surprised that the drinks were complimentary. Staff were also really helpful in getting a taxi organised for us when we were leaving at 5am.

The location and service standards of the hotel are very good, and most of the waiters have a very friendly attitude. There is only one thing that left me very, very disappointed and in the atmosphere. It was around 6am and we needed to store our luggage before heading to Tokyo Railway Station. Because I don't know the Japanese word for 'Yaesu'. I asked a man who is about 1.8 meters tall, thin, and wearing a suit uniform. Looks like a manager. When we asked, his attitude was extremely arrogant and rude, he didn't even glance at us. A very, very discriminatory attitude towards Asians. I really don't understand how such a high-end hotel could have employees (managers) who don't understand etiquette. It's too embarrassing and has lowered the service quality for your hotel.

Service: There's a direct shuttle service to Disney. However, if you plan to catch the earliest 7:30 AM shuttle, breakfast can feel quite rushed.
Location: The hotel is approximately 800 meters from Shinjuku subway station, so be prepared for a short walk.
Cleanliness: The accommodation was generally clean. Breakfast included fruit, but the oranges were quite sour.
Other: A family of four was not permitted to stay in a single room. According to the front desk, in Japan, anyone over the age of six is required to have their own room, implying that a family of four sharing one room would be illegal??? I was utterly bewildered and speechless by this claim. After some negotiation, we ultimately had no choice but to book an additional room.
