Hyatt Centric Ginza Hotel in Tokyo

Although it's located in central Ginza, the room is large and very comfortable. Situated along Namiki-dori, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. This is a compact hotel in the city center, and despite its simple layout and easy access from the room to the city, it feels luxurious. The reception desk isn't the usual face-to-face, but staff and guests face each other diagonally across the corner of the desk (though it's difficult to explain). It's said to be psychologically calming. The lobby is furnished with stylish low tables and sofas (each with a different design), and there's also a high PC table, which is a shared space you can use whenever you want. Additionally, there's a kitchen table and refrigerator in one corner, where Hyatt members can freely eat and drink sweets, chocolates, juice, mineral water, and other treats available here. (It's a nice service.) The hotel's dining bar, NAMIKI667, has a very pleasant atmosphere, and I think it would be silly to come just for this outlet without staying. However, this time there was another restaurant I wanted to go to for dinner, and before that I wanted to relax in the room, so I didn't eat at NAMIKI, but I did have food from the same restaurant (light food) via room service. It was still very tasty. The room layout is very well thought out and unique, but that's very good. I wish more hotels would introduce this layout from now on. The main room is directly connected to the bathroom (the toilet and bathtub are right there as soon as you open the door), and there's no toilet, which usually has to be in front of you. Instead, next to the bathtub in the main room, there's a built-in lamp that can be used both as a sink and as a table, where a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and toiletries are stored in a drawer so you can do something. (The washbasin can be hidden if it's in the way.) Since there's no dressing room, the entire main room feels large, and since the washbasin is in the main room, it's easy to wash your hands and cups. (It feels like there's a kitchen in the room.) Also, when you want to use it as a dressing room, there's a blindfolded partition door, so there's no privacy issue. Furthermore, there's no door on the closet, making the room feel spacious. Personally, I was very impressed with the bed, and I felt it was much more comfortable to sleep on than in other hotels, but it was a blanket or a simple Japanese blanket. It was a fluffy Japanese blanket, not the hotel bed covering where Western-style blankets and mysteriously fluffy bedspreads are tightly folded into the bed. (I don't know if this is the Japanese style.) So, it was best to sleep on a fluffy futon at a hot spring inn. By the way, since it was on a high floor, the view from the window was right next to the rooftops of the buildings opposite, so it was a shame, but it couldn't be helped because it's in the center of Ginza. It seems I was able to stay a little cheaper this time, probably because of the coronavirus. I want to go and stay there again.

Good location

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Ginza, perfect for a short stay in Tokyo. It's great for shopping and close to everything. The room was small, and there was construction noise nearby starting early in the morning.

Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request

The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Ginza, making it super convenient for taxis and late-night snacks. The only issue was the construction site right next door; they started drilling at 8 AM, which was a real pain.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Ginza as soon as you step out of the hotel. Everything else was pretty good, the only minor complaint I have is that the cleanliness could be improved.

Love the interior of the hotel. The vibrant colour found at each floor, the colour at the lobby lounge... 
The area reserve for hotel guest at the lobby level is thoughtful and comfortable. The classic pac man and Space invader station is so classic and free! 
Location wise is perfect.

Hotel staff is really helpful, and the room is very tidy and nice, location super convenient, highly recommend
