We stayed here for a golf trip and were pleasantly surprised! The dining was fantastic, the rooms were lovely, the hot springs were incredibly relaxing, and the service was top-notch. It's a little far from the highway exit, but that wasn't an issue and it's perfect for those traveling by car.

The room, the food, and the view from the room were all fantastic. I could really unwind and relax. I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Nasu.

My friend's family and I stayed here for a golf trip, occupying two rooms for a total of four people. We were extremely satisfied with everything: the meals, guest rooms, views, facilities, and of course, the golf course.

However, what was truly unacceptable was a staff member using a handheld vacuum cleaner on the table next to us while we were still dining during dinner. It completely spoiled our lovely meal and the entire dining experience. It's such a shame, especially since everything else was so satisfying.

I strongly believe the staff needs better training on dining etiquette and awareness, especially when it comes to food and guest experience.

My room featured a balcony with views of the golf course, making for a very comfortable stay. The course meal truly impressed me with its creative and thoughtful preparation of vegetables and fruits, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect hotel for someone like me looking for a quiet, solo retreat. Next time, I'm looking forward to joining the stargazing night tour.

We were completely satisfied with everything: the room, the food, the communal bath, and the staff's hospitality. If I had a couple of minor suggestions, it would be great if bath towels were available in the communal bath, and if the washbasin faucet in the room were designed to prevent water from splashing and pooling around it. This is because I'm quite particular about faucet hygiene, considering both general cleanliness and infection control.

We were very satisfied with the golf course view from the hotel, the quality of the onsen, the upgraded meal we ordered, and the staff's service. My only minor feedback is that the front desk didn't quite feel like a proper front desk.

The building may be a bit older, but our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were also fantastic. For dinner, I worried the half-course Italian might not be enough, but it was incredibly authentic, the portions were generous, and absolutely delicious! We visited on a golf package, and the course was very strategic and challenging, yet extremely fun. The greens were also in pristine condition. I would definitely love to return!

This is the ONLY hotel offering the Yamada-style fasting course, and they've put together an incredible package! They have a very trustworthy instructor who provides meticulous advice and nutritional guidance. This hot spring hotel truly offers the perfect setting for a successful fasting program!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night on the way from Aomori to Kanazawa. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, the seven-course dinner was excellent, and the Onsen was relaxing and calming. We only wish we were able to stay longer. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The amenities were good and the service was excellent - everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Really loved the nighttime star-viewing golf kart ride. Would definitely stay here again.
