The room was very clean and well-equipped with appliances like a microwave, fridge, and air purifier. It's also super convenient, with a shopping street and Nezu subway station nearby, making shopping and getting around a breeze.

Cosy room for a vacation stay. Great bath tub for those winter nights. Very good location near the local market of Yanaka Ginza. Can get by easily with walking distance to the Sendagi Metro station. Would definitely stay again at this hotel if I were to visit Tokyo in the future. Recommended.

The hotel's location is a bit far from JR Nippori Station, but it's very close to the private subway's Sendagi Station. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, overall, it's very clean. As for service, if you arrive early for check-in, you can store your luggage. However, after check-out, they don't offer luggage storage because the hotel is too old (which is very strange).

The hotel's facilities are quite outdated, looking like something from the bubble economy era. The room was small, but I could still open my suitcase and there was a narrow path to walk through. It's very close to Sendagi Station, but a bit of a walk to Nippori. The carpet had a moldy smell that gave me a headache. The bathroom was acceptable.

The environment was just okay, and I even saw a big cockroach. But the location is very convenient!

Facilities: Well-equipped, has everything you need. The bed is quite spacious, enough for two people.
Hygiene: Excellent. Consistently clean, nothing to complain about.
Environment: Nippori is a transportation hub, so public transport access is convenient.
Service: Good and efficient.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, so everything was quite good. The area around the hotel is also quiet, which is great for a stay. If you're looking to shop, you'll need to take a train to Ueno. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the station.
