The transportation was relatively convenient, and the hotel itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, thumbs up!

The room was tiny, and the front desk staff's English wasn't great. It's okay for a quick overnight stay, but definitely not suitable for multiple nights. Two friends would struggle to even open their suitcases.

Very friendly and professional staff. Hotel and room is clean and proper. Had a very big bed to myself and the toilet is decent size.

I like Sotetsu Group hotels for their consistent quality. This particular location is a bit smaller than other branches I’ve stayed at, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Someday the room wifi is not working.

Everything is good, except for no flexible early check in. Even the room is available, no allow to check in early unless patyadditional fee.

Hotel was very clean, and adequate for our requirements - it's located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to stations, Akihabara, etc. Kanda has a few convenient restaurants and bars that open till late as well. A 7-11 is next door, for those snacks and what not. Overall, highly recommended!

Coming back to a spotless and clean room every day really took the edge off. The front desk staff had excellent service attitudes, and the location was super convenient, very close to Kanda Station! A pleasant stay.

love this hotel. although it's a bit small, it's very clean and the staff are very friendly. there is a 7/11 right next door and it is walking distance from the train station as well.
