Great location, but the sleeping pods, washrooms, and luggage storage are all on different floors, which is really inconvenient. I was constantly waiting for the elevator. It's not suitable for people with a lot of luggage or large suitcases. The storage space is very small, and there's almost no storage inside the bed itself. The luggage storage area is too small and narrow. It's really inconvenient if you have a suitcase or large luggage. Everything else was fine. The bed wasn't too narrow and was quite comfortable for sleeping, but the bed curtain was a bit old and tattered, which was a minor issue.

It’s great for those looking to save money. The place is very organized and provides everything you need, pijamas, towels, toiletries and slippers. It can be a bit inconvenient if you have a large suitcase, as it has to be left at the reception because it doesn’t fit in the locker. But for a short stay, I highly recommend it.

A decent capsule hotel with everything you need, compactly arranged.

The pod for sleeping is cozy for 1 night or 2 max because it’s tiny but it does the work ! The sauna and showers are very nice! There’s the temperature for each shower and great explanation of what to do on the wall. Overall i enjoyed my short stay !

The beds are decent, and there's a fan above each bed. They provide fresh toiletries daily. The only slight inconvenience is that even if you're staying multiple nights, you have to fully check out by 11 AM each day. You can store your luggage in the storage room on each floor, but it's a bit small, so you can't open your suitcase there. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. Love this place - my go-to in Tokyo. Love the atmosphere and the provisions. Has good laundry facilities, and the location is excellent for access to Shinjuku station, shopping, and bars. The onsen is great, although it could do with a cold plunge to make the experience even better!

It's a little far from Okachimachi Station, but within walking distance. The room is a typical business hotel. I was a little worried because the price was low, but I had no complaints. There's a large local supermarket just a short walk away. It's good value for money, so I'd definitely stay here again.

It was a great experience! I was told that this would be a self-service check-in, but there were staff helping with the check-in process. Process was smooth and quick, and the staff is friendly. The facilities, beddings, towel were very clean. Shared bathroom was also clean with stable hot shower. I feel safe and comfortable during the stay and highly recommend for solo/ budget travellers.

Generally clean hostel. 2xBunkbed women’s room was super small but handy it you don’t want to share with strangers. Communal showers and toilets were clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved UNPLAN Shinjuku. Amazing location for a first time visitor and super comfortable stay. Slept like a log each day. Good breakfast, all facilities, heated toilets, super warm room (I visited in winter) and international diverse staff.

The only downside is that it's about 1km from Shinjuku Station (though there's a closer metro station, I didn't seem to use it much). Everything else is a plus! It's great value for money, the breakfast isn't skimpy, there are plenty of common areas, the kitchen facilities are sufficient, the social atmosphere is good without being too wild, and you can even watch movies.

It's convenient because you can stay without meeting anyone. It's conveniently close to the station. There's a My Basket nearby. There are also plenty of amenities, including a microwave, washing machine, and kettle.

I requested for early check in prior to the day I arrived, and my wish was granted which was a real treat and I was really grateful for that. I stayed in a newly renovated clean and functional double room with 4 pillows, a comfortable blanket and good bed which made me sleep well. Breakfast was simple and adequate. A regular Tokyo hotel I would say based on size and room amenities, except that its very close to a metro station that is on the same line as the keisei express to the airport. So you can get there in a pretty short amoutn of time from the airport without even taking the skyliner. this to me is a big plus. Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.
