Super Hotel Tokyo JR Shinkoiwa in Tokyo

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely compliment the excellent service provided throughout my visit. The hotel’s location is outstanding and very convenient. It is situated in a great area that is easy to find, even for first-time visitors. Transportation, shops, and restaurants are all nearby, which made moving around the city extremely convenient.

What impressed me the most was the quality of the service. The staff members were always friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever needed. Their professionalism made the stay very comfortable and welcoming.

Another detail I truly appreciated was the daily housekeeping service. Every day, the room was kept clean and tidy, and fresh towels were provided. The hotel also thoughtfully supplied a new bottle of drinking water each day, which was very convenient for guests.

Overall, the hotel provides excellent hospitality, a strategic location, and reliable service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very close to the station, making transportation super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so shopping is a breeze. The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities. You can even choose your preferred pillow! The breakfast is delicious, and they offer complimentary drinks in the evening. Such great value for money!

The breakfast is good,better than Tokyoto inn. Front desk people are nice, they can speak English. The room is used password key to open, which is not required the physical card. The Neighbourhood is convenient, a lot of retail stores and affordable restaurants. I wish they can provide the hot drinking water on the 2nd floor in all days.

I've stayed here several times now. It's very close to the subway station, making transportation really convenient.

The room is yout typical Japan size room. They only have one elevator, which is not the best for the size of the hotel.
The location is great with a lot of stores and shops around. And the best of all , the cherry on top is the drinks machine as well as the great breakfast served every morning. I would definite stay again at a Super Hotel.

Staff is super accommodating and the hotel is conveniently close to JR Shinkoiwa station, where you can find a supermarket and hoards of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. The room is clean but some of the furniture needs fixing or replacing. But other than that, it is a good hotel to stay at if you are traveling solo. They also have free breakfast and drinks, plus free bar with DIY mocktails and cocktails from 5pm to 8pm. (Just a side note: This is not in central Tokyo, so if you are not up to traveling around 40 minutes one way via train to reach central Tokyo, this might now be for you).

Located near train station, lots of shops surrounding. Breakfast was good, room was very tiny, I had assigned to a 3people room, a bunk bed on the top, which was actually affected my sleeping. Can’t imagine if 3 people stay in this size room.

This hotel is very nice, giving me a wonderful experience. The breakfast especially good, I would rather eat this kind of Japanese breakfast than eat cereal with milk.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The beds are so comfortable I slept like a pif each night. There are a lot of free amenities such as PJs, lotions and you can even change your pillow to the hardness you like.
From 5-8pm there's free pour welcome alcoholic drinks so my friends and I spent most of our evenings at the lobby area.
The morning free breakfast selection and quality is the best I've been to (even compare to starred hotels) and it changes everyday!
We used the laundry as well. It's 100 yen each for washing and drying (30mins each) which is sp affordable! They provide free laundry liquid too.
Located close to the station in a small quaint town but it was a great place to wind down after a month's travel.
I cannot recommend this hotel more. Will definitely stay in more Super hotel chains!!
