Lovely stay managed by a lovely human being. Jiji is an absolute legend who makes you feel at home. During the morning he prepares breakfast for everyone, and in the afternoon the chances are high that he'll invite you to chat with other people in the dining room.

Best hostel I've stayed in Japan by far ❤️

The room was nice, the stairs were narrow, and the beds were decorated with small floral patterns, which was very cozy. However, I wouldn't recommend a girl staying there alone, as the landlord is a very affectionate man and might kiss the neck, which made me a little uncomfortable as I'm rather conservative.

I like it very much. It is close to tourist attractions and the price is not expensive.
Suitable for people who use trains in Tokyo.
The owner is very kind.
There is bread, boiled eggs, and coffee in the morning. 😇

Jiji is an absolutely wonderful man! Adore him🥰
Thank you a lot, Jiji, i had so many good memories!!

Jiji was making us breakfast every morning (and provided some beer in the evening hehe), which is super cute. The atmosphere is friendly and family-like. Jiji speaks English great, so you can chat with him freely!
The hostel is small, but cosy and clean, has all you need to stay in Tokyo for a few days. The location is 10 of 10, I personally was walking from there to all the main locations like Imperial Palace Gardens, Ginza, Akihabara, Ueno and once even to Tokyo tower and Shinjuku (took about 1.5 hours).
Don't be afraid to stay in hostels, as in Japan they are super safe and you can meet and talk to people all around the world!

The grandfather is very enthusiastic. He is 80 years old but still talkative. If you can speak Japanese, you can have a great chat. He will give you travel advice. The place is also very convenient. It only takes seven minutes to walk to Tokyo Station.

The owner is very hospitable and the hostel is very different from other hostels. The guests are friendly; the bed is clean and spacious, and I can sleep well even though I am 190cm tall.

Great location and price. Very close to several train stations.
The Host, Gigi, is absolutely fantastic and helpful. He has "Japan Travel" books in English and Spanish.
I had a wonderful stay and felt at home with family.

Jiji is a friendly Japanese host that welcomes guests to his cozy traditional home in central Tokyo.

Every morning, he serves up a delicious breakfast for everyone to enjoy together.

Staying at Jiji's place is a great choice. In the evenings, he often invites guests to chat in the kitchen over Japanese beer.

It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back!
