Capsule Hotel and Sauna Ikebukuro Plaza in Tokyo

This is an artificial bath that uses hot spring travertine from the Futamata Radium Hot Spring in Oshamanbe, Hokkaido, so I went there just to enjoy the artificial hot spring without using the sauna. The sauna and spa are on the first basement floor. I was worried that it would be humid because it's underground, but the changing room was dry and not uncomfortable at all. It's a great environment where sweat disappears quickly. Hot water is poured into the bathtub through a device packed with finely crushed travertine. Seeing this makes me feel like I'm in the Futamata Radium Hot Spring. Since everyone was mainly using the sauna, the artificial hot spring bath was not crowded. There is also a rare rock bath. It's not hot enough to make you sweat a lot. I prepared some water next to me and fell asleep for about 30 minutes because it felt so good. I tried the cycle of artificial hot spring → rock bath → artificial hot spring, and it took away my body's fatigue and made me feel refreshed. I think I'll get addicted to this. It's a good price to be able to enjoy all this for a 3-hour course for 1,800 yen. You can take a rest, take a nap, or eat on the upper floor. If you stay for half a day or a whole day, you will be able to experience the feeling of being at Futamata Radium Onsen.

Women can also stay in the hotel, and the large bathroom is for men only. The hotel has excellent facilities and is located close to the station. Rates are 4 000 yen per night including breakfast, and 3900 yen per night for capsule use. The hotel is popular and reservations are required. The large public baths feature Futamata radium hot springs, Hokkaido's hidden hot spring, as well as a sauna and a bedrock bath. Capsule rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is a choice of Japanese, Western or curry. It is an oasis in the city with excellent cosmetic value.

Both the sauna and the cold bath are old-fashioned and very comfortable in a good way. I personally want a sauna between low and high temperatures.

The problem is the people who snore at the pollution level who are always in such places. There is always more than one person at night.
If you stay in the corner of the room, you can escape to the other side, but for some reason you are always in the center of the room, so there is no escape.
I'm afraid that someday trouble will occur because some people say "I'm noisy" because of too much noise.
Other than that, there are people who haven't set the alarm clock of their smartphone to silent mode, and people who make a snooze sound many times at the end of the phrase, so it's noisy anyway.
Think that you can't take a nap with cheap earplugs.
