The service and amenities provided were exceptional. While the carpet and some furnishings may be considered outdated, the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The hotel's proximity to two subway stations and a third station within a 10-minute walk is a notable advantage. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay for the price.

A great accommodation located in the heart of the city.

It's close to Suitengumae Station on the Hanzomon Line and Ningyocho Station on the Hibiya and Asakusa Lines.

It offers easy access to most major attractions.

The area where the accommodation is located is a quiet and peaceful office/residential area, making it quite peaceful.

It was also a great place to stay alone.

The manager was friendly and helpful.

I'd love to visit again next time I visit Tokyo.

This older business hotel is pretty awesome to me. It has old school vibes from 80s/90s. If you are not into that and like newer designs/rooms/atmosphere, it might not be your style/preference, which is fair. The bathroom is definitely old style/small (still clean though).

The rooms are spacious compared to other business hotels. There is plenty of room for 2 large carry-on suitcases and you can still move around easily.

The building interior and furniture is older. I mean, the whole building is old. But it is clean. The sheets are clean and the bed is VERY comfy. To me, bed comfort is most important. It is firm though. If you don’t like firm, you won’t like it I would assume.

They put fresh towels at your front door every day. There is a washing machine for use. It has an older little mini fridge.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English. They made me feel welcome and were very polite to me.

The neighborhood is very quiet at night. There is a school across the way, so you will hear them in the morning.

There is a small My Basket grocery store right outside on the front street and a bigger 24 Hour one (Peacock) and a drug store a short walk the opposite direction. There are convenience stores a short walk from the hotel.

The immediate neighborhood is quiet, but it is only a short walk going north to where all the food/shops are. There are plenty of great food options around.

I think the location is perfect.
- You are a short walk from the T-CAT (TCAT) station, which is an airport limousine bus stop from Haneda. Easy to get there and to get back to the airport. No need to lug your luggage through the train stations.
- Quiet area to sleep.
- Short walk to restaurants/lots of good food close by. There is a Ginza Karen luggage shop close by.
- Suitengumae and Ningyōchō Station are close by (5min) and Hamacho Station is a little bit farther (10 min). The area around Hamacho is really cool, Can look over the Sumida river and there is a sports complex/park there as well, along with some cool little sweets shops.
- Sumida river is close by, it's a nice stroll up or down the river.
- Tokyo Station area and Akihabara are like 30-40 min walks away, which is not bad, if you don’t want to take the subways.
- You can get anything you need within a 30 min walk of the hotel basically.

Overall, I recommend it and still stay there again the next time I visit Tokyo.

2nd time staying here. Very well located near to TCAT, subway stations, 24/7 supermarket and convenience store! A quiet neighborhood, a perfect place if youre not a night person like me :)

And also, its an old school style hotel, so you can feel the vibe of old Japanese style.

Great location for visiting many attractions, and the room is comfortable enough for a pleasant stay.

Great. Large space. Cheap. Various pictures and logos. Comfortable mattress. Check out at 12 noon. The most comfortable room I stayed in in Japan.

5 minutes from the station? There is a Z subway, and if you walk about 10 minutes, there is an A-line subway. There is a 24-hour mart right next to the mart, and there are convenience stores nearby.
There is also a T-cat bus terminal that goes round to Narita Airport!!
The location and accessibility are great.

Tokyo is great for going around tourist spots just by taking the subway.
The accommodation changed the towels every day and cleaned the room once during the 4 nights.
They also provided 2 bottles of water every day.
The amenities are very diverse and the best!
The accommodation is very clean, spacious and nice!
The water pressure in the bathroom is also the best!!

Best location, big room for Japan. Beautiful furniture in rooms. Very good place for staying
