The front desk people Kendall and Tomoko derserve gold stars for their exceptional customer service. Their patience and understanding was much appreciated. For a budget hotel with a mini kitchen and 24 hour laundry this place gives good value. The only negative was the breakfast served it was not worth the cost meh 4/10. A 10 min walk away is the Shinjuku station. The absolute best place you must go to is the York Foods market 1 block away!! Load up on sushi take away. That store is amazing. This hotel location is quiet and safe.

5 stars for me but obviously when ranked against the star rating for the property. Ie it's not a "5 star hotel" but the room was perfect and as described, spacious for Tokyo, service was always fantastic, and no major complaints.
Some noise at night and mornings (from road and room service in corridors) - didn't ruin the stay.

I just stayed in citadines osaka for six nights which was great in all the ways
Now i have come to citadines tokyo shinjuku for six nights and beleive me tokyo has become a nightmare for me as the rooms are so small that i have not been able to sleep from last two nights .
Paying so much already to the property and when i asked to change my room they are asking for more amount . Rooms are so dinchy and i have become claustrophobic after staying here . I dont know how i am going to spend four more nights here in this room . This is my 25 marriage anniversary and citadines shinjuku is gonna make this a very pathetic memorable for me

The room is quite spacious for Tokyo's standards. There is a small kitchenette that you can do your own cooking. There' a bathtub too. The room is big enough to open two big suitcases. It is located about a 5 minutes walk from the subway. It is also walking distance to Shinjuku area. For the price, it's really value for money.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Overall, I'm satisfied. The location is excellent, and the service was great. However, I found the hotel to be quite expensive.

They asked unreasonable higher price (around 2days worth) due to our early checkin request, although they made a bit of discount still was high. There was no other booking platform to book that current night so I was forced to say yes.
They called the room and wake me up 2nd night via phone call due to maintainence in the morning, and later afternoon.

Pleasant and Satisfying Stay
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Citadines Shinjuku. The location is good, with Honolu Halal Ramen and a few other halal dining options nearby, and it is conveniently close to the train station. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was fast and accommodating.

great vibe and ambience in the cafe, being surrounded by books by the bar, staring at the street outside while sipping their amazing coffee. staff there were really really very nice and friendly too.
