Hotel Nihonbashi Saibo in Tokyo

Staffs are good but just few can speak English. Laundry must be on queue and didn’t know when it finish or some guests didn’t pick up their cloths on time but staff can help that.Everything’s perfect!!! Love this hotel

The room was very clean, breakfast was good, and it's close to convenience stores and the subway station.

We just booked 3 night at first and we planned to transfer to other hotel if the hotel is not good. Since we really loved the hotel and it's location we extend for another 3 days. We will definitely recommend this hotel and visit again soon.

The room was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The breakfast tasted good, but it wasn't specified that each person could only order one item, which led to a small misunderstanding. It's probably a good idea to ask beforehand when ordering next time.

Excellent value for money and great location. As expected in Tokyo, the room is small. However, this hotel provides better amenities vs similarly-priced ones. You have more selection for toiletries and coffee / tea.

Very close to the subway station and also 15 mins walk away from Tokyo station. Quite a small hotel but the location is good, with a nice ramen store nearby and multiple konbinis

The hotel is in a great location, it’s a quiet neighborhood where you can really take a break from the noise of the big city. There are plenty of small local places nearby where you can get a nice meal, and the subway station is extremely close and very easy to navigate, even if you’re new to the area.

The hotel itself is good and has everything you need. The staff are helpful, and there are three breakfast options to choose from, all of which were tasty. I highly recommend the one on the picture.

There were, however, a couple of things that were inconvenient. The hotel doesn’t offer Yamato Transport delivery to the airport, only another service that requires a foreign credit card. Since I didn’t have one, I couldn’t pay, even though I offered to pay in cash. I ended up having to look up a Yamato office on the map and walk there for about 15 minutes with a heavy suitcase feeling sad and disappointed.

Also, getting in and out of the lobby is difficult with luggage as you have to go down the stairs to enter and climb back up to exit. They do have a belt lift, but it wasn’t working. A staff member kindly helped me carry my suitcase, but I felt bad because it was quite heavy.

The location is very strategic - walking distance to metro stations and Tokyo Station (15-20 mins). The room is clean and on the spacious side. They provide basic amenities in the room and some additional in the lobby that you can take for free. The only drawback is the lobby is located in the basement and there is no elevator to go there from the ground floor, which might be inconvenient if you come with large suitcases. Overall, it really gives good value for money especially for solo and business travelers.

The room was a bit small, but for the location, it was pretty good value for money. The front desk staff were very polite, and there are convenience stores everywhere nearby, with the subway station just a few minutes' walk away, which was super convenient.

The hotel offers free ice cream and toiletries on the first floor. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, despite being right next to the elevator, so the soundproofing is good. The location is super convenient, with all three major convenience stores nearby. The only minor inconvenience is that the front desk is in the basement, so you have to carry your luggage down a few steps. For going up, there's a luggage conveyor belt, which is helpful.
