remm Hibiya in Tokyo

The staff, location and the cleanliness of the room was 5 star. The only thing the hotel needs is a washing machine. You can pay using a laundry bag but I prefer to wash my own clothes. Other than that, couldn't fault the hotel

Great location, very close to Hibiya metro lines, lots of food and shopping options nearby.

We enjoyed our stay ar Remm Hibiya very much. The staffs were very friendly and could communicate in English well. The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounding by many restaurants, within walkin distance to all the main shopping. The room size is considered to be spacious when compare with typical Japanese hotels, especially bathroom. The room even has a massage chair where you can relax after a long walk, the bed is very comfortable we could sleep well during our 5 nights.
I'd like to highly recommend Remm Hibiya for stay in Ginza area.

I chose to stay at this hotel for a weekend. First, the location is great – very convenient for getting to Ginza, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, plus it's right next to a theater.

The room was a bit cramped. It would be fine for one person, but for two, it would be quite awkward. There was a massage chair in the room, but I didn't get around to using it during my two-day stay. The bathroom has a shower, which was acceptable.

The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but the portions for each item were very small, which made me a bit hesitant to serve myself. I can understand that they might be trying to avoid waste. On the bright side, the bread was replenished very promptly, and there was a coffee machine where you could make different types of coffee.

Near the front desk, there were complimentary tea bags and lotions available. Overall, the service attitude was excellent – very friendly and polite. Next time, I'll opt for a larger room.

Good location. Just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Ginza area if does not wish to take train. Lots of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly and polite and helpful on any request or issue encountered. Very comfortable bed. Quiet area at 18th floor as per our request.

The room was a bit small, and though the location was convenient, it was quite noisy due to its proximity to the railway. The room rates have increased significantly, and it's also become difficult to book.

I stayed for two more nights after coming back from the Northeast. The location is excellent, convenient for getting anywhere with several subway lines nearby. However, the room is small, and there's a massage chair that makes it impossible to even open my luggage. It's also close to the railway, with trains passing every few minutes until past 1 AM and starting up again around 5 or 6 AM. It's incredibly noisy.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying at this hotel, primarily because it's close to where I need to be for business. The breakfast has improved since two years ago and is now a buffet. The room I got this time felt a bit smaller than previous stays, but overall, it's still great value for money and I'd recommend it.
