The room was small, but given the cheap price, it's pretty good for a city like Tokyo where space is at a premium. It's super convenient with a convenience store and a subway station right downstairs. Plus, breakfast is included!

Excellent, highly recommended! The service was very friendly, and the location is superb with easy access to transportation. There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's not far from various subway exits, making it super convenient for getting around.

There is a convenience floor and a JR entrance to (Bakurocho Station Exit 4) on the ground floor of the hotel.

Do take the staircase beside the hotel from the metro is stairs. You need to go to the A4 exit for the lift if you have heavy luggage. Generally good. 7 eleven beside. Got some restaurants open till 11. There is a supermarket opposite Denny with good prices for water. If you are there on Sunday there is a Sunday market near the hotel.

Thank you comfort inn for helping my first trip in Japan be the most comfortable experience! The staff were so helpful, willing to speak a little Japanese with me and always accommodating!

The hotel's location is very convenient, with multiple subway lines nearby. We stayed during peak season, so there were a lot of people everywhere – the lobby and breakfast area were really crowded. However, the staff were very friendly. The room was the smallest I've stayed in during my visits to Tokyo, and a bit older, but they did provide fresh towels and cleaning every day, which was a nice touch.

The hotel offers small but comfortable and clean rooms. It's convenient located next door to a JR train station and within a short walking distance from several metro stations. It's quite central and very easy to travel all around the city.The neighborhood in general it's very calm and silent, so it's good for a night rest.
One convenience store it's just downstairs and there are many nearby.
The breakfast it's quite simple and repetitive if you stay for many nights, but still tasty. They have complimentary drinks available all day for guests.
Great service of lockers where you can leave your luggage anytime.
There is also a private parking connected with the hotel, if your are traveling by car. Very convenient!
