The hotel is quite new and located inside a mall, which made it a bit hard to find. It's right next to Sky Bridge Station.

Very nice place and convenient for the person who have the early flight at Haneda

They have a free, open-air hot spring bath, which is amazing! I always choose this place as my last stop on business trips. It's really close to the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus.

Just one train station to the airport.  But no shopping mall around the hotel, need to take trains to T1, T2 & T3 for last minute shopping.  Good choice if you have an early flight.

This hotel is quite convenient for an overnight layover. They offer triple rooms, which are great for families with one child. There's a free shuttle service to and from the airport (the bus stop at the airport can be a bit tricky to find, though). The Innovation City, where the hotel is located, also has a few dining options, including a Tully's Coffee that stays open late. Just a heads-up: there's another Keikyu hotel about a ten-minute walk from here, so double-check the name to make sure you don't go to the wrong one!

The facilities are quite new. The room was small and not cheap, but very clean. Its biggest advantage is its proximity to Haneda Airport, making it perfect for travelers with late or early flights. It's not a commercial area, so it's not ideal for shopping or sightseeing.

The hotel was new, clean, nice, and it had an easy check-in/check-out procedure. The location is good if you want to be close to the Haneda airport, but not great otherwise. It is part of a very new complex that seemed quite empty. and is not close to anything else. It is super convenient to the airport monorail and Keikyu line, but these two are not part of the general metro ticket passes, so this caused us some issues. It is only one stop on the metro from Haneda Airport, or a 20 minute walk. Don't get it mixed up with the similarly named hotel nearby.

Very convenient option for Haneda, with direct rail access making airport transfers quick and easy. Rooms are compact but clean and well organised, and the overall setup works well for short stays or early departures. It is a place that I use regularly due to its location and quality.
