Very convenient to Hakata station with shuttle service from the hotel. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom was a little dirty, but the shuttle to Hakata Station was very helpful.

There were no particular inconveniences, but the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors quite well. Other than that, it was just a regular business hotel.

The semi-double bed was a little small, but the room was nice and clean!

Spent around 28000Yen for two nights.
Quite expensive with limited basic services.
Although staff are nice, the room environment is fair that’s why I leave 2 stars only.
The toilet is always smelly, the table is not clean and the room is quite small for this price.
No soundproofing also. I can hear the snoring from the other room. It’s quite weird.

Very basic business hotel. Rooms are very small and only have basic services. Location and cleanliness of the rooms was both good so leaving 3 stars. I stayed at the Daiwa hotel a few days before for a tiny bit more and it was a much nicer experience.

Very bad experience with this hotel.
Our flight was delayed cause of Typhoon Krosa (15/08/2019) then we book this hotel for 1 night. I did not read check out time till room service inform that he need to clean up the room. Every thing packed, we change clothes and get out right after but hotel staff charged us 500yen/person for 15 mins late.
I must vote 1* for that bill even they let us leave our luggages free of charge.

Great price. I stayed in a double room for around 5000yen. Very clean. Free shuttles every 15 mins to Hakata station.
However the sohnd proof is not too good in the rooms. Yoh can hear people going in and out. Also people using hair dryer.
Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Location is good. Pretty close to Canal city and Hakata station.

Good and friendly staff, good housekeeping.
You get what you pay for the room, it is clean.
People who give 3 stars or lower, go somewhere else.
