It's my own ignorance; I didn't even know 'love hotels' were a thing. I booked this hotel for three nights purely because it offered free parking, as my child was competing in Fukuoka

With its diverse amenities, spacious rooms, friendly owner, separate bathtub and toilet, complimentary breakfast delivery (choose one of seven options), and well-maintained facilities, it's definitely worth booking

While it may be a bit out of the way, the owner's dedication makes up for it. If you have the chance, definitely stay here

Although there were couples staying, it felt no different from a regular hotel, with all guests being polite and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was provided

Super spacious and clean. Great value for money and perfect if you have a car. You can rent the parking space outside.

The room size is significantly larger than any other hotel. The view is decent, and there's a small washing machine. For drying, there's a heating/drying system in the shower room that dries your clothes overnight

There's no staff at reception for check-in; you're supposed to scan a QR code sent via email at the door. However, the last screen kept looping back to the beginning

The day before my stay, the hotel sent an email with a URL to pre-register. You just input your passport photo and address

The location was great and convenient. It would have been perfect if the bathtub and bed were cleaner.

Eventually, I had to call staff, give them the reservation name, and they opened the key box for me

The hotel is 3 stops from Hakata Station. Tenjin is nearby. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen, so you can buy fresh ingredients at a nearby supermarket to cook at home. Self-check-in is via tablet.

This was a really comfortable and satisfying place to stay during my trip to Fukuoka. I liked that it didn't feel cramped or stuffy. The facilities were clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied.

The hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of both Canal City and the Tenjin commercial district, makes it a highly recommended choice

There was no towel or amenity change during the stay, but since I was aware of this during the booking process, it wasn't a big deal

Convenience stores, small supermarkets, restaurants, and yakitori (street stalls) are nearby, making shopping and dining convenient

Location is within walking distance from Hakata station. Room is clean & amenities are great! However the paid breakfast has room to improve…esp on the local dishes where only beef curry is served.

Very comfortable for solo travelers, the staff are friendly and the room is quite neat too! It's near Lawson and FamilyMart, so if you want a quick late night snack, you can just walk 1-2 minutes from the hotel. 10/10

The hotel's location is good, close to Hakata Station. The breakfast is quite simple, just some bread and the like, which might not suit the taste of many Chinese people.

The room was tiny, definitely one of the smallest I've stayed in. There was barely any space on the table, and the hallway was incredibly narrow

You had to pick up toiletries yourself, and the ventilation wasn't great, but at least the air conditioning worked fine

It’s worth its cost. Although it’s a small room, it’s ok.

They are a really co-working place with cafe, bar and restaurant. And as far as I know companies are having business meetings in their place too. Also you can stay with them as they offer accommodation

Only experienced the café and their chai tea latte is delicious. The ambiance is relaxing and chill, great place to have a cocktail or a coffee. They also speak English so it was pretty easy to order.

They are a pretty new start up / business model - really nice vibes!

Really convenient location JR Hakata is 12mins on foot. Then there’s a convenience store 2 mins away and 24hr grocery 3mins away. Staff was nice almost everything is provided

Good place to stay if your looking for a budget accomodation near to the train station, mall and the city. Beside is a spa sauna, so can go to feel relax.

Although, I found the room a bit dusty under the bed. But every thing else was great!

The parking lot next door is quite expensive, around 1500-1600 yen a day, but you can enter and exit freely. You might find cheaper parking a bit further away

It's very close to the Fukuoka Urban Expressway, right after you exit. Nishijin Station is about a ten-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options around there

The decor is a bit old-fashioned, with no smart features, but it was an experience to see that 'old money' style

First of all, the transportation is extremely inconvenient. The hotel consists of three or four buildings, resembling apartments, with the lobby far from the rooms

The window faces directly onto the opposite building; if you open the curtains, you can clearly see everything across the street, including the beds

The bed was covered with just a sheet and a mattress protector filled with cotton wadding—uncomfortable and unhygienic

The lower bed sleeps two people. But you have to make the bed yourself. Entering the room, you will smell the tatami mats that are permanently laid out. Sometimes I feel a bit smelly from the carpet

Also acceptable bed is really low I am used to sleeping up and down the bed people have hit countless times head 🤣 no any supply remember to bring your own only shower gel and shampoo floor is not soundproof very loud noise

The price was reasonable and the rooms were clean. Parking fees were also cheap, which was great. I'd like to stay here again.

I took a 3-night, 4-day trip to Fukuoka, and stayed in Itoshima on the second day, but I also stayed here on the first and third days

The staff were very kind, the inn was clean, and I had a comfortable stay over two days. The common space on the second floor in particular was lovely and relaxing. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Fukuoka

There is only one bathroom on the accommodation floor and two bathrooms. If there are a lot of people staying, there may not be enough bathrooms. Came to stay for the second time The room door doesn't have a lock

An iron and Lysol were also provided, and the shower was clean. Check-in was completed using the machine at the entrance. The heating in the room worked well, and the TV was large and there were no problems

It's about a 10-minute walk straight along the train tracks from the Chikushi exit of Hakata Station. The interior was very clean, and it had all the amenities you'd expect for a single-person apartment

I used it because it was near my brother's room. This was the first hotel of its kind. It's fun to prepare breakfast and dinner yourself. The room was very clean, probably because it had just been renovated

Security is also at the level of a luxury condominium. Isn't it okay to have a high degree of freedom?

And when you text them through Booking message system, I was only receiving the same instructions for check in and out again and again. They finally replied my question after 22:00 on the day I had done check out

There is no room service in the hotel, so you have to wash your towels yourself. I also bought toiletries at a convenience store. There is a convenience store nearby, 10 minutes walk from Hakata station

I actually like the area so much i found an apartment nearby! There are so many restaurants pubs and ramen places within walking distance 25 mins tops. Supermarkets and convenient stores within 6 mins walk

Very friendly and helpful staff here. As a hostel its got the usual facilities. Roof access for drying clothes, also they have a glamping tent up there for chilling

Great location about 6 mins walk from the better of the 2 subway lines. Then just a few stops to the centre of the city

One of the staffs is unfriendly. But dont worry about it. The others are fine! Guests are kind for single traveler!!

Excellent staff who are fluent in English. Comfty beds. Clean hostel. Very satisfied

Lastly, the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, I guess it's because since there always are people in the shared rooms it's difficult to clean thoroughly the room each time, but it was still very noticeable

Theme of the hostel with a cat is really cute. Showers and toilets are very clean and smell nice. Breakfast is poor but lounge area is really nice! Even have a smoking area

Great hostel, spotless and quiet. Good location. Rooms were a bit cold at night though, but apart from that it’s a good place to spend a few nights in Fukuoka.

The Hostel is located 2 min from the subway station, and 15-20 min walking from Hakata Station. The capsule/pod is very spacious, with a adjustable light, hangers and a blackout curtain

It was a nice stay, people were typically quiet. It was definitely a lot of people there in the same room, but most people were very respectful

The breakfast was also really nice to start your day off well (toast, vegetable juice and some cereal I think). They also have a large book of their recommended places to visit/where to eat if you want to browse

It’s a simple spread of bread, milk, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice and soup. Shower rooms are located on level 2, while there are bathrooms on every floor (if I recall correctly)

My girlfriend and I went because we thought we could meet up with Chacha while we were out shopping. The parking lot is located at the back and not visible from the road, so we could meet and leave there

Since we absolutely couldn't get her pregnant, we reluctantly used the M-size, but it was so thin that it almost slipped out, so we had to shoot three times, which was quite scary

It was also difficult to adjust the temperature of the bath water, and the vibrator was too loud, which put off my girlfriend, who loves vibrators. On top of that, there were only two M-size condoms available

The parade of little extras was great. There are too many to list, but Welcome sweets, drinks, a choice of cosmetics, etc. The total was cheaper than the cost of two people at an internet cafe

The thing I disliked the most was the strong cigarette smell in the hallway to the room. It wasn't a non-smoking room, but the room itself had a pretty strong karaoke booth cigarette smell
