Amakusa Prince Hotel in Nagasaki

We stayed with three generations.
The building itself felt old, but it was kept clean and well-maintained overall, and there was no unpleasant impression whatsoever. The staff were all kind, and although we arrived very late due to a problem, they were incredibly considerate, arranging dinner for us. The portions were huge, and not only the seafood but also the meat was delicious. The only downside is that it was so tasty that we ended up overeating and gaining weight.
We took advantage of a plan that included fishing from a nearby breakwater. The catch wasn't great, but we were able to enjoy ourselves without having to prepare any equipment or bait. Since they only rent out equipment, it will be difficult unless you have at least one person with fishing knowledge, but I recommend it as it's an easy way to enjoy sea fishing.

As other reviewers have said, you'll be more than satisfied with the service, food, and large public baths, all of which exceed the price.
Although the wallpaper in some inconspicuous areas of the guest rooms is damaged, the tatami mats have been replaced and the bathrooms are clean.
The room was also very spacious and luxurious.
There is a wide selection of souvenirs, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby, so you won't have any problems.
I just checked out today, but I'm already looking forward to returning!

Although the facilities are a little old, I could tell they were making an effort to provide the food. The food was so good I couldn't finish it. It was delicious.

By chance, I visited when the annual pottery exhibition was being held. The venue was about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, so I dropped in and had a great time.
The food was also delicious! I had always wanted to try seafood when I went to Amakusa, so I was impressed by the sumptuous sashimi.
The building is old, but the rooms were well-cleaned and I was able to relax with peace of mind. The hotel staff were all very nice.

Corona has calmed down a lot, and the prefectural discount applies, so I went to this inn for the first time on a leisurely trip to Amakusa with my husband.
I chose this inn based on everyone's reviews, but the building is small, and although it is old, the toilet and washroom in the room have been renovated. I was.

Dinner is served in the room, so you can enjoy it slowly without worrying about other people. I thought, but all of them were very delicious, and both my husband and I ate them.
(Breakfast also has a lot of side dishes, all of which are delicious, and I finished it even though I was full again)

The staff's response is also wonderful, and although they are efficient, they are considerate. ︎ I feel like I'm going to have a good time.
When we checked out and left the main entrance, there was a young man in plain clothes who was trotting from the road towards the hotel grounds. thank you very much! ︎", I thought, ah, it's the staff here (I wonder if he's about to go to work).

From the room on the sea side, you can see the dawn sky early in the morning, and the splendid bougainvillea at the entrance was wonderful. is.
